The location is ideal: located in a quiet area but just a few minutes from the center and the main attractions. Perfect for those who want to explore the area but also for those looking for some peace and quiet. The property is well maintained and the presence of a washing machine was much appreciated, especially for a longer stay. Finally, I would like to emphasize the availability and courtesy of the owner. Always ready to answer our questions and provide helpful tips on restaurants and local businesses. Check-in and checkout have been managed flexibly and without stress. In conclusion, I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a high-quality solution for a pleasant stay without surprises. Excellent value for money!

The house is in a quiet and strategic area, perfect for easily reaching the beautiful beaches of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well distributed, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. However, there are some aspects that deserve more attention: some light bulbs were burnt out, the lawn had not been cut for a long time, and the entrance was a bit neglected, with tall grass and the outside porch full of leaves. The front door also opened with difficulty, and downstairs there was no hot water to the sink or the bidet. With a little more maintenance, they could easily be resolved, making the experience truly flawless. Despite everything, we had a great time and the natural setting was well worth it. With a little more care, the property has really excellent potential. I'd love to go back!

Exactly what it looked like on the app. Our host was lovely. Baked us a cake which was delicious. You need a car but it is only 6 or 7 mins to town and 20 mins or less to numerous beautiful beaches.

We can't thank Paolo and his parents Dino & Antonella enough for our beautiful trip to Sardinia. The house matches 100% the pics and is located in a beautiful quiet area 5 min away (driving) from San Teodoro main street. The place is a 20 min driving from Olbia Airport and a 5 min driving from La Cinta beach & 12 min away from Cala Brandichi. It is so convenient & helpful to stay there. The best part was definitely the warm welcome of his parents, a lovely couple who made us feel at home. They were so kind & patient explaining everything about Sardinia, gave us the best tips for our trip. We've had such a great time that when we did the check-out it felt like we were going away from our own home, leaving our family behind. If you want to stay in a lovely spacious, quiet & clean place enjoying the best of San Teodoro & being hosted by the sweetest couple in Sardinia, you need to book this place.
