Vacation rentals with a patio in Lalitpur

I had a fantastic stay at Ayushi's place. This is a brand new building and apartment so everything feels fresh and clean with plenty of natural light. The bed is comfortable, the furniture is new and a great hot shower is available. The kitchen has the essentials for basic cooking. The location is perfect: it's literally a few minutes walk from Patan Durbar Sq. but it is set back down a side street, with no through traffic so it is nice and quiet. The area feels local and friendly and has plenty of amenities. Ayushi and her father were extremely helpful and took genuine care to make sure I was comfortable. They were also very quick to respond to any queries I had. This level of hospitality is really appreciated. Very much recommended.

The family was warm, hospitable and welcoming. They are a very kind family, and very helpful to integrate us into the community. Madhu taught us how to get around, recommended shops, bus routes, how to order water, etc. We are thankful that our 2 months stay here was very pleasant. We miss them already. The neighbourhood is very safe.

This was my first homestay in Nepal and it was a beautiful experience. Suni and her lovely family are very warm and helpful. The place is a bit far from Patan but it is perfect if you want to get away for some time from the busy city. Beautiful rural landscapes and many villages withing walking distance where you can see the real rural Nepal. People in this area are friendly and it is very safe. If you want to try a different experience and spend some time with a Nepali family, this is a very good place! Suni will make you feel at home.

Anup is a very kind, attentive host (and has many creative musical qualities too!) He really helped make my first visit to Nepal enjoyable and at ease. 🙏 He connected me with lovely locals, other travelers, and the music, meditation, yoga and hiking community he takes part in. 🎶⛰️🥾 As a native, he also has an authentic perspective on the Nepalese culture that is worth listening to 👏🧘🏽‍♀️🙏 This is the ground floor of his family home, so they are always available if help is needed. The building is sturdy where you don't hear any upstairs noise. The wifi is strong/stable 📶 and showers are hot 🚿 The main bedroom gets good daytime light with access to a simple, private back patio area for daytime sun while admiring the plants and decor. 🌞🌱 The location is prime for being close to the airport✈️ - just a 25 minute walk, 5 minute Taxi or 20 RS bus ride.🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚕🚐 This space was perfect for 1-2 people and really gave us a great base to explore Kathmandu! My husband and I enjoyed our two days stay at Keshab's. He is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. He even served us traditional snacks prepared by his mom. His house is at walkable distance from New Baneswor so its at great location. His place is great for the price.

I booked this for my sisters while visiting Kathmandu. They said that the apartment is very nice and well-equipped for a one-week stay. The apartment is spacious and about 10 minutes to the airport, which is very convenient. The host is responsive and provided proper instructions before our stay, which helps for a smooth check-in. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this apartment, especially for a family looking for a place to stay in Kathmandu.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

Sumi’s place was very tidy, clean , highly decorated and has a personalized 5 star hotel vibe to her place . Well equipped with full kitchen , laundry and the gym place, swimming pool makes her place a rare find in Kathmandu. The check in was very convenient as the keys were in the reception, the location itself is great. A 10 minute walk to popular touristy places like Thamel, Lazimpat and Baluwatar. Even the airport was about 15 minutes away from her place. In additional to this , sumi is very responsive and helped me by communicating with the locals for me too . I enjoyed her place and I highly recommended 👍

it was our 1st stay at Airbnb and BISAUNII gave us good home away from home experience.

this was a great unit AND definitely was bigger then I expected based on the photos. it was complete and within the inner streets of the neighborhood....so it was away enough from the main road to avoid all the excess noise (from traffic/business etc). it was well equipped, comfy bed, basics in the kitchen but the host made it clear that anything we needed, she would try to accommodate - thats always a plus... amazing stay and happy we stayed here

It’s a fabulous little flat with everything you need in the VIP area of the city. The family who owns the place takes lots of love and pride in making their guest feel comfortable. For a longer stay I found it just right.

If you want to stay near Patan Durbar Square with friendly host, this the best option. Orijesh is supper helpful. He allowed me to check in at 12 PM since my flight got delayed and he is very thoughtful he placed tea bags and showed me the kitchen of I would like to cook. Since I was afraid of Dog, he make sure that whenever I want outside he was there so that I would not get afraid. Aunty is really sweet, she helped me when Orijesh went for his work. The place was really clean and it is much better place stay. Thankyou Orijesh for your service.

The whole neighbourhood will Be there to help you. Treated like one among them. Seemed like the host is new to renting out properties. Lacked few minimal things but will eventually pickup. Worth the money. Thank you for the wonder place. Felt like a home. Already missing
