Really well furnished and kitted out. Golf cart worked great. Nice welcome snacks, coffee and cooking supplies. Decor was very well done. Highly recommend this property and will stay again in the future.

We enjoyed staying at this home so much! We literally spent more than 1/2 our time in the Mansard Lanai with the pool, jacuzzi & fire place. Grab a coffee to start the day & Hang out outside in the screened in lanai. Inside both bedrooms had king size beds, which was great. The built ins, in the master closet made functioning really easy. Plus it decluttered the room! We brought our little beagle & she loved the property too. She loved hanging out in the lanai with or without us. The use of the electric golf cart got us all around the villages in style & we enjoyed just plugging it in, not having to gas it up. The appliances were really nice too! We liked the area so much, that we ended up putting an offer on a house while there. The villages guest passes were valuable if you planned to golf. It saved our friends some money. The transfer to us as primary was $50 & really a must if you planned to use all the facilities. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Susan & David!

Me and my family stayed here and it was absolutely stunning and just all around amazing I wish I could just move in and never leave it’s truly wonderful and so much to do around you even in walking distance we all absolutely loved the place it was clean fun lots to do just all around amazing

Perfect little lake house. Our kids were entertained for hours with the kayaks, beach toys, playground, board games and zip line. 10/10 recommend.

My experience overall was great. The home was beautifuland spacious, it was perfect for our wedding. The home had breathtaking views. I had a dream wedding.

We stayed at Slaven’s several times and really enjoy the house and location. Our daughter attends Beacon College and Peace and Quiet’s location is very convenient.

We stayed here for a week and it was truly our home away from home! Beautiful, spacius house, the pool is perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine, and the beds were cozy. Belkis was so responsive, helpful, and kind! We plan to return on our next trip to Florida. Highly recommend, 10/10!

We stayed here with our two dachshund pups and it’s been great, the host is very nice and the pool area with the hot tub is very relaxing , our pups was safe with the screen enclosure which is very important, we get to meet Erika and her son , and not to forget her yellow lab that peeks from her sliding door every now and then .. we only stay for 3 nights but it’s was nice and comfortable.. we will definitely book again .. thank you Erika 😇🙏

We stayed at Mary’s for mine and my girlfriend’s first vacation together and we absolutely love it here. It was truly a home away from home. I think the bed might have been comfier than the one I have at home! It was close and convenient to her childhood best friend’s house and we loved coming back after a long, hot day to enjoy ourselves in the pool. Will absolutely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this great place in a fantastic location within The Villages. It was very comfortable and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The value was excellent for our family, and we truly enjoyed the local pools, restaurants, and the wide variety of activities available nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and easy stay in The Villages!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay! Trina’s home was beautifully furnished + well equipped: solid, quality furniture; soft blankets for cozy comfort; plentiful towels for shower, kitchen and pool; fabulous closet/storage space; bountiful plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery; clean, easily accessible washer and dryer; and a generous stock of toiletries (dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Location was fantastic — just steps from a family pool + a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter for morning coffee, dinner, or ice cream + a stroll on the dock. Extra kudos for connecting us with David’s Villages Golf Cart Rental upon reservation. Our rented golf cart was waiting for us in the garage when we arrived + was picked up the morning of our departure — white glove service that allowed us to focus on our vacation. Trina was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. We highly recommend + would love to return!

This was such a beautiful stay. The kitchen was my favorite part haha I loved that beautiful oven and I made the most amazing breakfasts and dinners there. We flooded the bed with pillows and it was the most comfortable sleep ever. Super cute decor and beautiful animals. The goat family was the most adorable. This trip inspired my partner and I to seriously look into moving somewhere similar.

We loved this house and the location! It was clean, great neighborhood, nicely equipped and vane with a golf cart. I highly recommend Bree's place and we hope to come back.

Very nice and comfortable accommodations. Excellent location near Sumter Landing. The Terra Del Sol pool was fantastic. We enjoyed the lanai in the evenings and had a nice evening cooking on the grill. We would definitely come back.

Our little family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Three year old was happy with his pullout bed in the living room, watching his shows in the morning before our adventures during the day. It was perfectly peaceful. Watching the gators in the bay from the dock and just enjoying the surroundings, lounging in the shade was this tired momma's favorite part. Accessible to many restaurants and lots of nature parks and trails around. Our hosts were very friendly; the space had all the basic household items necessary for preparing vacation snacks and quick meals. We plan to be back!

The Lake house was very cozy , felt right at home, Our dogs loved the field , they were able to run around freely and meet the friendly cows next door , we saw some dears near the home; It was an amazing sight to see , very peaceful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and all the amenities needed for a home away from home. The villa is located close to many pools, golf courses, rec centers and town squares. The screened in porch was a hit for our family. It was the gathering spot for coffee and lounging. The hosts were very responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay.
