Great ‘tiny’ villa with a fantastic view. We stayed for four days with our daughter of 2,5 years old and we had an amazing time at the villa and at the beach. If your looking for a quiet and relaxing stay at the beach, this is the place to be

we had theost wonderful holiday at this gorgeous home. We needed to rent a car but we felt the holiday home was right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit so only a short car journey away(20mins). The bonus was how peaceful and safe the area was. The accommodation was perfect. The pool was the best pool we've ever had, very well kept and it was only us using it so was perfect for our children. Our children loved the swing in the garden. The hosts were kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location is pleasantly quiet with beautiful views and plenty of privacy. The neighbors are nice, and there are many animals all around – overall very idyllic and relaxing!

Very pleasant and clean accommodation with nice small terrace and sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Due to the existing air conditioning, the nights were very pleasant. Great location, in a few minutes you can walk to the sea and restaurants. Ivanka and her husband are extremely nice, helpful and communicative! We'd love to come back anytime!

We had a great time at Lukas' house, felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time right by the sea very much. Everything was as shown in the pictures, very clean and stylishly arranged. Every day we had great sunsets, which you could never get enough of, and overall a lot of peace and quiet😌. Ideal for canoeing - some islands are easily accessible, you are partly alone there. There seem to be a few restaurants in the area, but we cooked a lot and only ate in Murter once (about 30 minutes by car). A supermarket is about 10 minutes away, as well as a gas station. The approach to the property is a gravel road, sometimes a bit narrow, but with a normal car no problem. To Zadar ~40min, Split ~1.5hrs and Dubrovnik ~3.5hrs (all recommended, even if the latter is a bit far). Luka was very nice and straightforward, check-in and check-out worked out smoothly! We can and will definitely recommend this place😉!

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. We spent wonderful days with our children at Ivana's house. The location is particularly great, right on the lake with private access and perfect for the children to swim as it is very shallow on the Shore. In the garden you will always find a shade spot during the day.
