We loved staying in Allory's beautiful home! I especially appreciated the rule for no shoes as I knew the space would be clean and feel like home. The large windows let in streams of sunlight and had a great view of the mountains. Hope to stay here again soon!

This place is ultra cool, sleek and modern. And that rooftop is the perfect place to relax and have your morning coffee. Place was as clean and exactly as advertised. Sam was super responsive and was very accommodating when it came to adjusting our checkout time. We would definitely stay there again and give it an enthusiastic recommendation 👍🏾

Very clean. Todd provided a lot of fans which important to women of a certain age. lol. House was well stocked plenty of towels. He provided a variety of charging cords and charging stations. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I would stay here again. It was really lovely. Very clean and very welcoming and in a great location. When we arrived we walked in to all of the lights on (even in the closets) and the music on. I can't tell you how many times I have been traveling alone and walked into a dark rental. It was really great to walk into a place lit up like this. The place was charming and well equipped and everything worked and the location was amazing. The kitchen was really lovely and the fireplace (and a/c when we needed it) was awesome! I have to say that Michael was the most responsive host I have ever experienced on AirBnB. He was proactive about sending me directions and photos showing me how to locate the place, park, open the door etc. He also sent me great neighborhood and city resources and he just responded to messages lightening fast. Anyway, we loved it and highly recommend it!

The inside is great, and the outside is even better! We spent a lot of time by the fire pit, and loved exploring the trails. Extremely comfortable and quiet, with a friendly, helpful host.

We were in town for our son's college graduation at Seattle Pacific University and the location was perfect! It was easy to get to campus, close to good coffee (Ugly Mug - down the hill on) Dravus) and we could always find a parking spot in front of the house. The layout was perfect for the two of us and it was easy to have our son and partner over to hang out in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and the provided toiletries were delightful. We'd stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. Ian was responsive and due to our parties split arrival time allowed us to check in a little earlier. Clean, cute, functional place. Restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay again if back in Seattle.

Great host, everything as described. There’s a machine to make sparkling water and a laundry room. Highly recommend. The only thing worth knowing is that the host lives upstairs from this apartment so hosting a loud party is not an option. Otherwise this is as good as it gets.

We loved our stay here and will definitely come back when in Seattle. David met us upon arrival and even helped with luggage since I had injured my back. He oriented us to the space and gave helpful suggestions for exploring and eating around the area. While there are hills to negotiate, it is very walkable in all directions. Beds are very comfortable and we appreciated the fact that there are 2 full bathrooms. We did not cook but enjoyed the coffee provided and the Washington State bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Great stay! Super close to downtown and walkable if you don’t mind the steep hills. Yard was perfect for our dog!

Becky was phenomenal. My friend and I needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks as we are law students doing a west coast initiative, and this spot meeted and exceeded our expectations. Was the perfect spot for my husband and I to spend a long weekend. The space was clean and had everything we needed. Great bathroom and shower. We loved the location and the ease of check in and check out. We were close to everything and able to bounce around on the bus to all of Seattle’s sights! Would definitely stay again!

This apartment was perfect for a Seattle trip for 3 of us for a few nights. The building and neighborhood felt really safe, and we were able to walk to Pike Place market, Capitol Hill, and the Space Needle from there…along with walking to a ton of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The bed was comfortable, it was so helpful to have laundry access, and the rooftop deck was so perfect!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Toni Marie made everything so easy and the apartment exceeded our expectations from all the little touches to the surprisingly comfy sofabed to the serene rooftop. If we had to single out a favorite detail, it’s the big surrounding trees that make the apartment feel like it’s in the middle of a city park. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave!

Was a lovely space in North Capitol Hill. Had a great time being in a nice neighborhood. Near tons of good restaurants and coffee shops.

We just had an amazing time in Robert’s place - made extra special because we could park our car easily there and go absolutely everywhere by foot! The apartment was extremely well equipped, comfortable and Robert was an exceptionally responsive and proactive host. We’ll be back!

Dustin, Lyle, and Richard’s place was a great stay. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early as we were driving in 3+ hours from the coast. Their place is local to the space needle/chihuly glass/pacsci and is walkable to the pike place public market. Their place was clean, comfortable and homey. We truly enjoyed our stay at their place and felt safe staying there. Thank you for hosting us!

Fantastic space, top tier location, and magnificent communication and support from Alex and Jose. This is an adorable studio apartment, in as desirable of a downtown Seattle location as one could ever ask for. Comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom, and a truly cozy and relaxing space. I was amazed at how quiet and serene it felt in the apartment, while the weekend bar/party scene raged on, down on the street level below. The hosts are very clear about the parking spot being small. I was sadly unable to park my Kia K4 in the space, so if you have anything wider than a Kia sedan, do not plan on fitting into that parking spot. We ended up having to park in a nearby garage, which isn’t a huge deal, but if you are expecting a parking spot with your booking, you’ll want to ensure your car actually fits in the listed dimensions. The check-in sounded like it might be tricky, but Alex and Jose do an exemplary job of explaining the processes, and it went very smoothly. Highly recommend.

The location of this condo is perfect. You're tucked into a leafy neighborhood with great restaurants and within walking distance of everything.

A lovely stay! The apartment was perfect for us, the beds were comfy, amenities as described. Benjamin always responded in a timely fashion if we had questions. The building is quiet, never heard neighbors, very secure. Loved the rooftop, it is a must see! Close to everything! We didn't need a car, used Uber or Lyft if we didn't want to walk and most fees were under 10$. Best suited for 2-3 people.
