Townhome vacation rentals in Lake Union

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Clean, modern, newer home. Very convenient to the 1 line for short ride to downtown - only $3.00 one way. Great communication. Easy entry with free street parking. Everything you need for your stay. Certainly would recommend to any couple looking for a reasonably priced home close to downtown.

The townhouse was exactly as described, the photos were spot on. The space was exactly what we needed for our party of 10. The kids loved their own space with the bunkbeds. If I had a need, they were fast to respond. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Everything was just as expected. The location is excellent. The house is comfortable and clean. Peter communicated quickly every time we needed anything and had great recommendations for cafes. We would stay again!

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

Tri’s place is great - it had the 3 beds we needed in a walkable area with great food for an affordable price. It was clean, (and I’m pretty strict with the use of that word) and everything worked as it should. No noisy neighbors and comfortable beds. We would stay there again!

We had an great experience at Cathy’s place! Everything was exactly as described. The space was spotless, and comfortable. The bed was cozy and very clean. Also, Cathy made sure to include little thoughtful touches (a welcome basket with coffee and local chocolate and wine). Communication with Cathy was seamless. She was friendly and responsive. She made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice place for a family to stay. Plenty of room to cook, eat, and relax after busy days in Seattle. Very nice location.

Carter's home is a great location to stay at. The home is clean and in a great location. It is close to downtown and the Space Needle. There are places to eat nearby, most within walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay at Andrew’s house in Queen Anne. It was clean and really comfortable. The directions and check in instructions were very clear. Our car was too big for the garage but we always found parking on the street. Andrew was always quick to respond to any communication. One of his restaurant recommendations - Laredos - was only a few minutes walk away and we loved the food there so ate there twice. Hope to stay here again in a future visit to Seattle

The apartment is in a great, quiet area a few minutes walk from the Museum of Pop & the Space Needle area. The apartment was as advertised - clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio was amazing and luckily we used it most nights because of the fantastic weather. There are multiple great cafes right on the block and a grocery store a block away. It didn't bother us but if you have problems with steps, this place honestly isn't for you. Street parking was pretty easy but there was one day (memorial day) that I had to park a bit further away. Liz was a communicative host and everything was smooth. Overall a good experience.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, in a great location, and everything felt new. The bedrooms are on separate floors, which gave us nice privacy. Spacious bathrooms and a nice rooftop for evening drinks. There are a lot of stairs, and street parking was sometimes hard to find, but overall the stay was perfect. Easy check-in and checkout, and the host was great. Highly recommend!

This Eastlake townhome checked all of our boxes - very clean & quiet and in a great location. Cute and walkable neighborhood, with multiple coffee shops and markets to choose from. Serafina's is around the corner and was a lovely experience with great food. Easy access to the freeway, as well as to the U District/NE and Montlake/Cap Hill without having to get on the freeway. I will definitely recommend this to friends/family for future stays.

Clean, convenient newer home. Well appointed. Attentive host with quick response. Note the stairs to bedrooms. The roof top deck was lovely - even without any seating.

We were in town to move our son back home to Indiana from UW, for the summer. The house is at a great location and was just the right size. Spotless and good parking. Torres was great !

Loved our stay at this beautiful location. Parking for us was an issue as we had 3 cars. We had 3 groups all coming in at different times and locations. 1 large car fit fine at Linna and Marlo’s. Would have been better if some of us had relied on Uber services to get to the Airbnb… but we figured it out! Linna and Marlo were very kind and responded quickly to our questions. We would highly recommend their house for a max of 6-8 people! Seattle is a great city!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Seattle! The neighborhood was very nice, clean and perfect for a relaxing visit. It felt safe and well maintained, with everything I needed close by. One of the best parts was how conveniently located it was to the bus line, which made getting around the city super easy. The host was friendly and responsive, and the place itself was just as described. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect and the home was very comfortable- easy everything! The AC worked perfectly and everything was simple and clean. My only personal note is that it is light very late and light early in the morning- there were no black out blinds so it was very bright in the upstairs rooms. Outside of that- it was the perfect Alki beach house! Also/ lots of pillows to pick from and the beds were comfy. And the bathroom upstairs had a ton of counter space/ such an easy space to move in/and out of. We would for sure stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect! Very comfortable for our party of seven! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including Pike Market. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Would definitely love to stay here again when visiting the area!

Great location, accessible to bus transit to downtown Seattle, and walking to Ballard’s restaurants, downtown, grocery, and farmers market! Great space, lots of room! Be aware that the bedroom is on the 3rd floor (for carrying suitcase up the stairs). Jay is super responsive!
