Fantastic indoor outdoor flow, bbq area, small reserve beside house where children can play and room for your boat. A great modern kitchen, well equipped . You will love our luxury retreat, with cosy gas fire looking out to beautiful mountain views. Te Anau is the ideal stop over to experience Milford & Doubtful Sounds.

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

Entire house and section with off-street parking and garage. While this is an older architecturally designed home, it has been tastefully redecorated and modernised. Double glazed windows have been added in some areas, a heat pump (also works as air-conditioning) and painted throughout.
