I bid you heartily welcome to the former chocolate factory. The listed and lovingly restored in 2005, nuclear facility is situated in South Gohlis: Gohliser between the castle and the Schiller House (here, Schiller wrote his "Ode to Joy"), 2 minutes from the park, "Rosenthal" away. Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. "How happy is me in Gohlis s" mused Goethe, and he should be right up to today: The situation is made for any taste - you want to jog in the morning, set in 2 minutes from the Rosenthal, a walk you want to find the park within walking distance, you can admire the Zooschaufenster the giraffes. For an extensive zoo, a footpath is to calculate 15 minutes. In the city for sightseeing or shopping, you are about 5 minutes by car. We also recommend the use of the tram, about 2 minutes from the apartment. You can reach a relaxed route through the forest road district, the city center and explore the rest of the city. I rent out a large barrier-free 3-room apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south balcony and great views of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building. The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.

New place to stay

Stylish loft in a quiet courtyard

The stay was very pleasant. Everything was clean and the apartment was really very nice. The location is great, the tram is only a few minutes' walk away and you are in the city center in a very short time. Carlo informed us in advance about everything and was always quickly available. We would definitely book this accommodation again.

This was a perfect house and location for our family get-together. The house was beautiful furnished and felt cozy and warm. The patios provided a perfect space to eat and relax. It had everything we needed and Andrea was super responsive. We also got to buy some of her locally made honey.

Very nice and spacious apartment in the Waldstraßenviertel. Walking distance to zoo and downtown. Communication with Mathias was straightforward and friendly.

We had a wonderful week in the charming parish church. In the beautiful large garden there were cherries, currants, raspberries, cucumbers and lettuce, which we were kindly allowed to harvest - a huge highlight for the children. We enjoyed the beach at the nearby lake and easily took the train to Leipzig. So there was always something to do and everyone felt comfortable. Thank you Sophie for your generous hospitality!

Jens was very friendly and nice, even brought us rolls for breakfast on the day of arrival. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The location of the apartment is very quiet and the center is easy to reach (on foot about 20 minutes, by tram 6 minutes). We were very grateful and would be happy to come back!

Elke is a very kind host. The apartment offers enough space for two people, was very clean and is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. The bed is large and cozy. We were very pleased with the blackout. The garden invites you to have breakfast outdoors and offers a beautiful view at night. Parking was available right in front of the door. The bathroom, which functions as a passageway to the bedroom, was initially a bit unusual. But we quickly arranged and felt very comfortable in Elke's apartment. Given the location (close to the train, so also easily accessible without a car), it was surprising to us how quiet it was at night. We will be happy to come back.
