Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake Simcoe

Blu Lake House was a wonderful and spacious setting for our family gathering this Christmas. The views from the living room and back bedrooms over the snowy, frozen lake were magical! The kitchen was very well appointed (one of the best we have encountered!) - we easily had everything we needed to make a Christmas dinner, and more, including large pots, pans and baking trays. The house was very clean, comfortable and homely. Nadia, Gina and Joanne helped us out with a few things over the holiday period, including a replacement kettle, which we really appreciated.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage in Innisfil! The location is absolutely stunning—waking up to serene lake views every morning was pure bliss. The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the lake. Amazing responsiveness from pre-booking through to checkout! When you walk in the front door the view is stunning, and gets even better at sunset. Everything you need is readily available, kitchen has all you’d need. Loved the open living space for conversation. Even though neighbours are close, it still feels quite private on the deck and in the yard. Highly recommend this place for a smaller group. Just be sure you’re all ok with stairs as the bedrooms are all downstairs. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!

We enjoyed the house and the lake a lot. Very peaceful and relaxing to bond with my son and my parents who came all the way from the Philippines to visit us. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Barrie. My only concerns was the garbage disposal areas are strictly for residents only. I raised my concern to Shiyu and he was nice to reconsider.

We had a really nice time at Marias place. It's calm, cozy and has a great location. We liked the restaurant nearby and the walks at the seaside. Marias recommandations for activties we're also very helpful, espacially guests with dogs are very welcome! The communication with Maria was very good and fast because she told us everthing in advance.

In all of our well travelled airbnb trips, we have never felt so welcome and taken care of at a time we needed it the most! Zoka is a genuine lovely human that puts extraordinary thought and utmost attention to details into her space. We were welcomed with a tranquil ambience that left us with goose bulmps and a warm heart. Zoka’s space is a perfect niche to to connect with family, loved ones, or besties. Anything you wish you had is there! From coffee to food basics to high end beauty products. The spa like vibes are accentuated with the multi faceted rain shower, warm candles, lavish linen, plush robes and a cozy fireplace. Not to mention, the price is an astronomical steal!! Tess is lovely and their place is in the best possible location by the beach. Literally steps away. The weather was a little cold and rainy for late May but it made for a cozy retreat with lovely beach walks. You can walk beautiful long strips of uninterrupted beach. Library was nearby if you needed books for “staying in” days and across the street from it was an amazing, authentic Italian sandwich and gelato place the hosts suggested (Che Roba! Soooo good) Overall my husband and I loved it and would definitely go back!

Such a beautifully decorated and well-appointed space for our last minute “mini-moon!” The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed, and then some. The thoughtful touches (robes, slippers, treats) were much appreciated. We loved the hot tub with the river view. Robert and Taurean were friendly and very responsive hosts! We would return in a heartbeat.

It was a very pleasant restful stay. Very well maintained unit. The hosts were great. Super comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was delicious! Would definitely recommend a stay at Come Away!

It was not our first stay at Serenity Suite, and hopefully not our last. Danny & Annette were very responsive and co-hosts Lisa &Miguel were super friendly, flexible and helpful. The space is a great retreat, just as shown in the listing. Super convenient location in South Whitby, perfect for a tranquil couples getaway.

Everything was fantastic! Such great hosts and such a beautiful property and location. The sunsets every night were beautiful. The cottage is extremely clean and comfortable, perfect for any occasion.

I had the pleasure of bringing my cousins from Australia to cottage country. Jonathan was extremely accommodating and providing quick responses when we asked questions prior to and during our stay in Gravenhurst. The cottage had beautiful views of pine lake on the exterior as well as inside in the kitchen and living area. We were really happy with how close shops were as we had to grab a few things we forgot while packing. Would definitely come again.

Chris was a wonderful host. From check-in to any questions that came along the way, Chris was quick to respond and provide helpful insight. The accommodation was very clean with lots of amenities for both indoor and outdoor activities. 10/10 would stay at this location again!

Such an awesome stay! The cottage was super cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The lakefront views were even better in person — we spent so much time just hanging out on the deck and by the water. It was the perfect spot to relax and unplug. We had a great stay at Amigo! The house was spotless upon arrival, the hot tub was on and functioning and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, including a Nespresso machine. The provided firewood was a nice touch as our campfire made for a memorable evening! There was ample space for 12 adults with clean bedding and towels provided. Would highly recommend to any large group looking for a weekend getaway on the lake.

My friends and I stayed here for a winter weekend away and it was just what we needed/wanted in a little cottage. Great location for those coming from the GTA and nice and close for those in Simcoe. Once we got there we felt right at home! The hosts had cleared the walking paths and back deck of any recent snow fall which made it nice and easy to get inside and enjoy the grounds. They went above and beyond by having the wood burning stove going for us when we checked in which made CARL that much more cozy and welcoming. Communication and instructions were very clear and detailed from start to finish which made the whole rental process easy and enjoyable. My friends and I look forward to coming back to CARL in the future!
