New and light apartment

The apt. is located in the 3rd block of Nor Nork, Yerevan. It wasn't occupied after the renovation. The apartment is equipped with modern property and equipment. Nearby there is the Mega Mall trade and entertainment center, as well as a hospital and other s/m.You need only 10 min to reach the center by car, and 20-25 min by transport. By the way, the bus stop is 50m away The build hasn't elevator, but I hasten to inform you that the stairs are quite comfortable for climbing quick and uncomplain

We have a large garden with horses, baby zone, while inside of the villa we have 3 luxury rooms with private bathrooms, 2 other bedrooms with shared bathroom, and 2 large living rooms. In the garden we have a large terraca, summer kitchen and BBQ zone. In the kitchens we have all the neccesaryy stuff such as plates, pots etc. Cleanliness and high comfort are guaranteed.
