Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lake Sevan

Autumn is a beautiful house , spacious and stylish , there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay . Everything was sparkling clean by the time we arrived . Very welcoming and welcoming host , responded quickly to all our requests and even gave us a bottle of great wine . We are very happy to have had memorable days with the whole family at this wonderful place . We warmly recommend it . We will definitely go back again )

The house was very large and comfortable and clean. The view was great from the balcony. There were the necessary appliances. Besides homeowners were very responsible, punctual and flexible. I highly recommend them.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

Juletta’s place was absolutely perfect! Even though we only spent a night there, it felt like home. Juletta was the sweetest lady ever, very welcoming same accommodating. The house was squeaky clean and cozy. She even left us some home grown herbal tea and dried fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this but little Airbnb.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Very private location with a large garden, shed with grilling supplies, patio with dining table and chairs for cosy meals outside. The house has 3 levels with bathroom/shower on every level. Beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s located on the hill, about 15 min walk to town but much harder walking back up the hill. With the car only 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries, we never had problems finding street parking in town. Streets on the hill are narrow but almost no traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful location, a little off the main road with good wifi it’s highly recommended. Enough space and privacy for a large family.

This house was an oasis in Erevan. Everything neat and clean, very spacious rooms, and above all a lovely pool! Very nice, in a beautiful, green garden with fruit trees and a large table with benches and an outdoor kitchen. It was very hot during our stay, but certainly because of the pool we had a very nice time!

first time staying that long in an Airbnb place. first time that I felt like 🏠 home ! Go for it without hesitating.

We were with 2 families and the house offers a lot of space! Beautiful location, plenty of space for the kids to play, the several bathrooms were great. Everything is within walking distance. There are delicious restaurants in the street, a nice coffee bar around the corner. Adriana responds quickly and is accurate. The apartment is clean, there are even herbs, toothbrushes, plenty of towels. And to top it all off, 2 large balconies to enjoy with a coffee in the swing in the sunshine! Thank you for the good care.

Comfortable and clean house.

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

We had a great time in this lovely and spacious villa! The house is big, clean and equiped with everything you need. Each bedroom has air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had good night rests, although some of us would have peferred darker curtains. Especially the garden is amazing, with different seating possibilities, a pool (not yet accessible during our stay) and beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Guests share the garden (and the entrance hall) with the home owners, which means that renovations/garden work may take place during your stay. The host is very kind and welcoming, will help you with anything and responds to questions within no time. She prepares delicious meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner were all great! We absolutely recommend this house.

Great place to be if you want a retreat to breathe away from the city life and watch the clear skies at night. I would definitely visit again in the spring or summer to be able to hike the beautiful nature around

I want to thank Ruben and Yuri for a warm welcome, beautiful place and care. The hows is big, comfortable and is a perfect for a big family or a team. Big kitchen with all that is necessary for cooking and a dishwasher. Big bathroom with a washing mashing. 4 separate bedrooms, 2 beds in each, big living room. Perfect space for work and rest. In the basement there is a tennis table, pool, sauna and a second toilet and a shower. Another big pool is in the yard. Lower terrace is located on the cliff with an outstanding mountain view. There is another kitchen, barbecue and few tables, perfect for an open air party. We really enjoyed our stay. Near Garny, is a grate tourist spots, and it's only 30 minutes by car from yerevan. If you're traveling with a company, it's a perfect place to stay.

The house looked exactly as it was described and showed on photos. It is huge, new, with beautiful design and great amenities (big swimming pool with heating, sauna, outdoor kitchen and BBQ place). The area is peaceful and quite with s beautiful view, however it is easy to access it from the center with about 15 minutes ride. We fully enjoyed the stay! The only thing that was not so comfortable is that we came at 15:00 pm but cleaning was actually finished at 16:00 pm. But there were long stay guests before us so they probably needed extra time to clean the whole building. It would be nice to be warned about that though.
