Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lake Sevan

We really liked the house. Very neat and minimalist renovation in Scandinavian style, everything works perfectly, everything works perfectly, the necessary equipment that makes the stay comfortable, heated floors, cleanliness at check-in... And the view from the windows in the morning is just a delight, the mountains around the mountains and the church upstairs! We drove to the cable car, 20-25 minutes without problems. The house is full of necessary things and dishes, the interruption was very comfortable, just like at home. Thank you so much!

Absolutely lovely place. the apartment is ideal located to explore the city, but is also in a residential.area with a lot of shops and restaurants. the apartment itself is extremely well stocked, leaving you wanting nothing.

We enjoyed our stay at Nushig’s place, we are a family of 5, the place is spacious,, has air conditioning in every room, good WiFi, the location is great ,close to good restaurants and a nice grocery store called “Parma” which we loved I would definitely come back to this place PS- not too far from this apartment there is a great breakfast place called Juli’s , I highly recommend it

Levon and his wife are absolutely AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and so welcoming. Their house is a dream house for anyone who likes the traditional Armenian style. In fact, the place is where they both live so its super cosy and you feel totally at home. If you are after luxury, or a super comfortable bed and pillows, this place isn't for you but if you are looking for a place to feel at home, be comfortable, safe, have great hosts and have everything you need + the best location possible in Yerevan, then don't hesitate to book it. The balcony and the view! What can I say - it's almost impossible to find anything like it. Also its important to note we arrived at 5am and Levon greeted us with no problem - he also let me stay in the house until 10pm on my last day rather than midday which was the checkout time. Levon, thank you so much for being such great host. If I come back, which I know I will, I would love to stay at your place again if you let me! It is a extremely beautifully complex with everything you could want to relax. Check in was easy and the staff where extremely helpful and friendly threw out my whole stay.

I loved staying at this apartment on Saryan. it is very conveniently located and right outside you can find many bars & restaurants & activities. the place was very cute & comfortable, the AC worked great & bed was comfortable. will definitely stay here again 🖤

In this place we found everything we needed and expected from an Airbnb listing. The people are super friendly and accommodating. The responsible family lives in the annex. It is a quieter, practical retreat where you are not disturbed by other people. We are happy to recommend this accommodation.

An incredibly warm welcome, a spacious house, huge bedrooms, a table d 'hôtes much better than any restaurant... Don't hesitate for a real immersion!!

Very clean place, a bit rustic, with interesting design ideas (loved the records!), punctual and attentive host, all amenities as described. Beautiful view from the balcony, where we had breakfast and an evening coffee. For me personally it was a bit difficult to climb the stairs, otherwise all very good.

Wonderful place, even better than in the photos, we loved it! I especially want to note the breakfasts — delicious and varied. Also in the common area there is a fireplace, next to which it is nice to sit, drink coffee and look at the fire. All staff are friendly and helpful.

The stay at Armine's place was amazing. The room is lovely and clean. Armine and her husband Armen are incredibly kind and she makes amazing breakfast. The location is not far from the city centre. They are very helpful and were giving recommendations and informations. They speak only a little bit English, but you will feel welcomed the moment you step your foot in this lovely place. It truly felt like home.

3GS B&B is the best place we’ve stayed in Armenia! European standards of comfort and Armenian hospitality. The rooms look brand new, quality materials, nice design and comfortable size of rooms and common area. You even get a bathrobe!) that’s a 5 star hotel standard :-) Fully equipped kitchens, local grocery shops in walking distance. Great breakfast with delicious local and homemade supplies - and amazing view of the mountains! Big garden where we enjoyed eating sweet cherries and the best apricots ever tasted, right from the tree. The pool is a big hit of course - especially for the kids, but adults as well ;-) Sandra and Marti are very nice, fun and helpful hosts - it’s amazing how they run the place - haven’t ever seen them sitting down or relaxing (well except maybe for one dinner we had together with other tenants) - always busy working on the property💪🏻 The area around the place is the best for doing hikes (from shorter ones up to all day long), it’s near 2 big Armenian sightseeing spots - Garni temple and Geghard monastery. Both are well worth the visit!

An amazing place in the middle of the mountains and nearby to Lake Sevan. I would definitely recommend for those who want to immerse themselves in the country's culture and connect with locals. The house itself is surrounded by an orchard where you can spend time in the clean air. The house has everything you need for a stay, comfortable beds, you can order a homemade breakfast and even a transfer to Lake Sevan! For those who come by car there is a parking space, which is very convenient. Many thanks to the Trading family for such a warm welcome, we would love to come again! Highly recommended!

Torgom was absolutely the best host I've ever met! An amazing and cozy place, I felt at home. I was lucky to also meet his parents and brother, who are wonderful people! I was treated very well and they were always available quickly for everything I needed, they helped me with my route, with all the information, necessary, suggestions about the region and Armenia in general! Not to mention the delicious meals that his mother prepared and I had the opportunity to be part of it! I'll be back for sure, I highly recommend it!!!!
