A spacious balcony opens an unobstructed lake view in the direction of the city center. Beach. Dedicated parking spot next to the lower door. The area has beautiful and diverse jogging terrains and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive dishes, appliances, sleeping places for four, 65” smart TV with streaming services, air source heat pump, hammock, etc.).

Powerful studio next to university campus

The apartment is located next to the old campus of Harju and the university. Grocery store (K-market Kymppi), Hippos, Aalto Alvari, libraries (university + city) and downtown within short walks. Parking on the side of the street is free on weekdays from 8pm to 8am, Sat from 4pm to 8am, Sun all day. For the rest of the time 3€/h. Nearby parking house P-Cygnaeus (0.50-2€/h). A new holiday house on the lake in Hämeenlinna

Our ZEROBNB lake house is new, 2016. It is about 100 m2, one bedroom, one big space including the kitchen, dining room, living room with a beautiful fire place. The sauna you can heat with wood or electricity. Two showers and a dressing room. Two inside toilets and one "huussi" (=cold toilet ). The house is fully equipped. In the other house you have two more guest rooms (both have one double bed and one loft bed). We have also an old traditional Finnish savu sauna. E-car recharge by request.

The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)
