Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Lake Ossiach

The place is as shown in the pictures and in the description, a quiet, beautifully located mountain hut. We were there in winter and were fascinated by the view from the cabin. The communication with Sandro, the host, was easy and fast and also a short-term extension of the booking was easily possible. All in all highly recommended. We will definitely stay there again in the summer.

It was an amazing place, huge house with plenty of room for everyone. The host was super friendly, response time was really quick and helpful. All the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Just the location mentioned on the Airbnb website was different than the actual one, so the distance to the slope was a but further. But still close and easy accessible with a car.

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment is with just a short walk of the town centre, with plenty of nice restaurants, supermarket and bakery near by. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a family holiday. The outdoor seating area is a lovely place to relax and there are beautiful views of the mountains. There was even a great selection of toys which our little boy loved playing with.

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's actually much nicer than the pictures. The large windows in particular make the stay so special – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening snuggled up on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things such as salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tabs or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that it's really important to him that his guests feel comfortable – thanks for that. A special extra: The pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in the summer, you can look forward to a brand new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is really fantastically beautiful, especially the view of the mountains and forests was simply magical through the huge window front in the living area. The bathroom cabins integrated in the rooms were also super practical for eight people, so that everyone had their own shower, sink and toilet. Also, that dogs are allowed, made us very happy – so we could take our four-legged friend with us without any problems. Beautiful hikes in nature start directly from the front door, so you hardly need the car except for shopping. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, you can simply stay indoors: the cozy atmosphere, the sauna, and the hot tub (without bubbles) ensure perfect relaxation after a long day outside. Overall a completely successful stay – we would come back any time!

A beautiful house in a spectacular setting. We are happy to have been able to stay at the Chalet and fully enjoy the experience in Valbruna. Sabina is extremely kind and hospitable. We really enjoyed the complimentary products and her fabulous chocolate cake. The chalet is a perfect place to enjoy the surrounding mountains, the property is welcoming and clean. For those who love essential spaces surrounded by nature, it's the perfect place!!

Very cosy and lovely apartment, so close to the ski slopes you can easily walk there. We felt right at home and it was very comfortable. The flat had everything we needed for our stay. I loved the ski room downstairs that kept our ski gear warm and dry and a separate exit to go out to the slopes. Grega was waiting for us when we arrived and he was lovely and accommodating with my little one. Wonderful experience, thank you.

This Airbnb is perfect for Family and Friends. Lace yes just 15 mins away from lake bled it’s surrounded with lots of beautiful places. The host was super responsive and she gave a lots of tips and recommendations which we tried and enjoyed. We would definitely love to come back here

Tinkara was very available as soon as we arrived, so that we were settled in and that we could enjoy our stay in Bled. She made us some very useful recommendations and remained available and kind for our entire stay

Great host, excellent place

Despite the initial difficulties we had a wonderful stay. Riff is a generous host, and easy to communicate with, problems were promptly addressed and quickly solved. The place itself is magical, the emptiness of the village that others found spooky actually was uplifting for us, and the quietness and the beauty of the mountains offered perfect immersion and winding down. The house is lovely and cosy, the upper store is a child’s dream - my son enjoyed it immensely. We are regulars to the area, know the neighboring ski-resort very well and beside skiing we enjoyed the local cuisine very much, or sometimes just grabbed a pizza from the village down in the valley. Renate's house is beautiful and cozy. Totally equipped with everything in both the rooms and the kitchen. Everything is functional and works. The garden is well-kept and from the outside you can enjoy a spectacular view of the valley. The silence in the evening is absolute so much so that it is not difficult to see the fawns approaching the house. Renate is a kind and helpful person always ready in case of any problem. We had a beautiful, relaxing and restful vacation. Renate's house is an experience that we will absolutely repeat in the future

The design is thoughtfully curated, blending elegance with comfort, and the natural wood accents throughout the home create an atmosphere of tranquillity and warmth. The setting is truly breathtaking, with a patio that opens to serene views of mountains and trees, an ideal spot for morning coffee or quiet reflection. The fireplace adds a cosy charm, perfect for peaceful evenings indoors. The craftsmanship of the build is exceptional, offering both aesthetic appeal and practical comfort. Most notably, Lucija, the host, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and gracious. truly one of the most genuine and warm-hearted individuals I have met through my travels. Her hospitality made the stay all the more memorable. Every detail of this stay was outstanding, and I would return without hesitation.

The little cottage in the national park was great! We felt very comfortable. The sauna and the wooden barrel on the terrace were significantly larger than we thought, which made us very happy. Tadej is a great warm host and was easy to reach. The location is great, we were able to do a lot.

La Luna Dell Montagne is a beautifully converted cottage in a secluded location by a river - simply stunning. Excellent kitchen, living space and bedrooms along with amazing bathroom. Tarviso is surrounded by awesome mountains & has access to great walks & cross country skiing. Nature is at the door - literally with the Deer and the river running by outside. Marina is a fantastic host. Arranged to meet us on arrival and explain the house to us. Also arranged for patisserie deliveries as a surprise :) She has created a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and felt very relaxed in the house
