Home also features a private boat dock and is 5 minutes away from Buzzard Beach boat ramp for easy dock access. On-site parking available for up to 6 trucks and trailers. A great vacation home for fishing and golfing, the home is also near scenic Mt. Dora/Tavares.

House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our comfortable home has room for the whole family! Both the master and adjacent lakeside bedroom open out to the backyard on the lake for easy access to a private dock, two canoes and a kayak all available for use. Short bike ride to the quaint Umatilla, 10 minute drive to Eustis, 15 minute drive to Downtown Mount Dora.

All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.

For the safety our guests we allow 2 days between to allow full disinfecting of the house.

Butterflies, birds, wildlife such as rabbits, and armadillos can be spotted.

It is possible that days may be available and not listed on the calendar. This is to give ample time for cleaning. Feel free to ask for additional availability and shorter stays.
