A wonderful stay in a beautiful house. Tugay was a great host & a very efficient communicator. The house is exactly as described, really nice place with all the amenities you could need & in a lovely area. Quiet, peaceful & a short drive away from everywhere! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & most definitely recommend. Thanks again Tugay for an amazing stay and for being very accommodating!

Ufak tefek bazi eksiklikler vardi ama Mutlu ve Mahmut Bey her seyle hemen ilgileniyorlar ve cok profesyoneller. Havuz buyuk ve cok guzel; ailecek cok keyif aldik. Veranda da hem yemek masasi hem oturma alani olmasi disarda gecirdigimiz zamani daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Ev daglarin arasinda cok guzel esinti olan bir konumda. 4.odada klima yok; o konuyu onemsiyorsaniz ona gore tutmanizda fayda var (ozellikle yazin sicak gunlerinde). Genel olarak oldukca keyif aldigimiz bir tatil oldu. Cok tesekkur ederiz.

Harika bir tatil deneyimiydi. Ev tam olarak anlatılan gibiydi. Gürültüden uzak ama eğlenceye yakın konumda olması, turistik merkezlere yakın olması özellikle çocuklu tatil yaptığımızdan işimizi epey kolaylaştırdı. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Kerem Bey sağolsun şehir dışında olmasına rağmen sorularımıza cevap verip ihtiyaçlarınıza yetişti. Ailecek tekrar ziyaret etmek istediğimiz yazlık tatil evimiz oldu Villa Aka.

The villa is beautifully designed and elegantly decorated with privacy and comfort. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the stunning views.. the villa offers panoramic vista of lush greenery and the Mediterranean Sea. Waking up to the sunrise and watching sunset was absolutely magical ! One of the many highlights is the infinity pool .. the temperature perfect and surrounded by blissful nature ! We used the modern. Kitchen . Equipped with all modern appliances. And lovely to cook in. ! The terrace was FABULOUS! We ate outside and played games. .. enjoying the ping pong. Table and other fun games .. the beds. Were DIVINE .. with perfect temperatures in the bedroom. With fresh air Or AC . The bathrooms. ? Indescribable ! Amazing! Huge marble vaulted bathrooms with rain showers equipped. To make you feel like a princess ( or prince. ) We were a family of 9. Traveling together with our 89 year mom. And this villa was truly beyond ALL of our expectations!

Incredibly beautiful villa! Ergun was so kind and attentive and so helpful with local dinner, day trips recommendations or anything else we needed. Great location, easy walk to town. Such a gem! So looking forward to going back! Highly recommend ❤️

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in this Stone Villa. Communication from the Host was very quick and they were always happy to help. The Villa is surrounded by peaceful and tranquil nature. very relaxing! We loved the cats that visited us everyday of our stay. We had around 7 cats in the garden with us one night! Wish we could have brought one home with us! The photos matched the Villa perfectly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of kitchenware available. All bedrooms had comfy beds. We would definitely recommend a car hire as the Villa is located in a small village about 15 minute drive to the main shops and restaurants. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and hope to return again 😊

We stayed at Anatolian Apartments as a group of six of family, and the duplex apartment was perfectly suitable for us. It was clean, tidy, and well-organized, with all the necessary kitchen equipment available for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights for me was the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity for my early morning swim sessions. Parking was easy, right next to the building on the side of the road. The location is also great—very close to both Çalış Beach (10 mins drive) and central Fethiye (20 mins) . We had dinner every evening at one of the many restaurants on Barış Manço Boulevard, just a short drive away. Deniz Bey was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I’m already planning to visit again in September and hope to stay here once more if it’s available. Highly recommended!

Murat Bey muhteşem bir ev sahibi. Evde limon sıkacağından kek kalıbına, denize götürmek için şemsiyeye, romana kadar her şey var. Arkadaşımızın yazlığına gelmişiz gibi hissettik. Murat Beyin evinden sonra başka bir evde tatilimize devam ediyoruz ve eski evimizi mumla arıyoruz şu an. Çaydanlık, şampuan, havlu, tuz için ev sahibinden trip yiyoruz ve vermiyor da..:)) Ev denize 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde, Şok Bim Migros tekel hastane her yere yakın. Çok da övmek istemiyorum aslında kimse gelmesin hep biz gelelim diye ama Murat Beyin de hakkını teslim etmek için yazıyorum. Çok çok teşekkürler. Bir bebek dahil toplam 4 kişi kaldık bu arada bir çift kişilik yatak bir tek kişişik yatak var koltuklarda da iki kişi uyuyabilir bilginiz olsun.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful view of the harbour and right next to the old town, we wanted to stay more than one night! Lots of restaurants around all in walking distance.

Arife and Oliver were great hosts, gave us great recommendations and were very helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable week here. Lots of shops and restaurants in Kayakoy which was easy to reach on foot. Beaches and Fethiye just a short drive away.

Çok güzel ve huzurlu bir ev. Ormanın karşısında sessiz sakin, bahçesi ve güzel çiçekleri, havuzu ve merkeze yakınlığı ile çok güzel bir tatil yapmamıza olanak sağladı. Saniye Hanım eve ulaşım ve giriş çıkış ile ilgili çok iyi bilgilendirdi. Evde herşey mevcuttu, hiç problem yaşamadık. Fotoğraflarda görülenlerin fazlası var eksiği yok. Saniye Hanım'a bize girişte ikram ettiği sepet için, çıkıştaki jesti için ve misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Great place to stay; we had a family of 7 and felt very comfortable. The place was super clean, relaxing, private, and quiet. Everything we wanted to do from sight seeing to delicious restaurants was either in walking distance or easy public transportation, the bus stop is literally in front of the establishment. Kids loved the pool, it was super clean and friendly service; and yes! they had a poolside bar with an awesome bartender named Bilal that was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The receptionist was also available at all times and answered all our questions with a welcoming smile. A special thank you to our host Demir, words cannot describe his hospitality which was second to NONE. Demir made us feel like family and treated me like his own brother. From providing information on places to go to our needs at the hotel, Demir was available at all times. Thank you Demir, we will definitely be back here for our next journey to Hisaronu and Oludeniz.

We had the most wonderful summer staying in this beautiful villa. Aircon throughout and a bathroom for every bedroom was brilliant. The outside area is such a comfy and inviting space, so much so we spent most nights sitting out there relaxing. The garden area is beautiful and there is lots of space to sunbathe or lots of shade if you want it. The outside area really is a wow factor. It was only a 20 minute walk into town and a taxi from town to the villa didn't cost much at all. Overall, an absolutely brilliant stay and a holiday we wish we could do all over again.

Our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas was very enjoyable. The property consists of three houses with a large garden surrounded by pomegranate trees. We stayed there for 4 days as a group of 12 adults, and we found everything we needed at hand. The ambiance was super relaxing, and our rooms were very comfortable. Beddings, bath towels, beach towels, board games, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need during your stay were all provided generously. However, I believe there's a serious mosquito problem. This issue may not be specific to the property, I guess it's a common problem for the whole Dalyan area. Yet, maybe Helena can take some precautions about it because we each had 20-30 mosquito bites, and one of our friends had to take allergy medication due to a mosquito allergy. There are 2 beautiful pools in the garden, but again, there were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the pool. We still enjoyed the pools a lot though.

We hebben genoten van het appartement! het was heel schoon en de douche was super. ideaal dat overal horren geplaatst zijn. Een heerlijk bed, fijn een eigen verdieping incl. badkamer voor de kinderen en genoeg keukengerei om een maaltijd te bereiden. Super ook dat er goede koekenpannen zijn! Op de foto's staat een eettafel binnen, die is er niet meer maar werd door ons niet gemist. Balkon in de schaduw en doordat het iets op de heuvel ligt bijna altijd een lekker windje, zelfs met 38 graden was het hier goed vol te houden. Wasmachine zorgt ervoor dat je maar weinig kleding hoeft in te pakken. Iets buiten het drukke centrum daardoor heerlijk rustig. Restaurantjes en een supermarkt zijn wel om de hoek, wel een redelijk steile heuvel. Met de Dolmus ben je in 15 min bij het strand of met 25 min in Fethiye (38TL pp). Complimenten voor deze fijne plek! tip: met de kabelbaan de Bababag op om de zonsondergang te bekijken.

Everything was great except the internet connection which was not stable and strong. Fully recommended.

Havuzu çok büyüktü ve bahçesinin görünümü güzeldi. Bahçesinde zeytin, incir, ceviz, nar ağaçları vardı. Evin manzarası güzel, ağaçların içinde, bir taraftan tepeden ölüdeniz beldesini izliyorsunuz diğer tarafta ise Babadağ manzarası. 10 kişi hem eğlendik hem dinlendik. Tony Bey düşünceli ve nazikti. Sinekler hepimizde küçük hatıralar bıraktı, bahçede iken koruyucu kullanmanız lazım; pencerelerde sineklik olduğu için evin içine sinek girmesini engelleyebilirsiniz.

Villa Frank is the perfect villa. The well maintained gardens, pool and the immaculate villa are just ideal. Short walk to near by restaurants and site seeing locations. Highly recommend this villa and the owners help goes far beyond expectations. Stayed a few times now and will definitely return.

Omer was a great host, he meet us at the villa, explained everything we needed to know. Replied to messages very quickly and meet us again on check out. Would highly recommend
