A wonderful stay in a beautiful house. Tugay was a great host & a very efficient communicator. The house is exactly as described, really nice place with all the amenities you could need & in a lovely area. Quiet, peaceful & a short drive away from everywhere! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & most definitely recommend. Thanks again Tugay for an amazing stay and for being very accommodating!

There were some minor shortcomings, but Mr. Mutlu and Mr. Mahmut take care of everything right away and they are very professional. The pool is large and very nice; we enjoyed it very much as a family. The fact that there is both a dining table and a seating area on the patio made our time outside even more enjoyable. The house is in a location with a very nice breeze between the mountains. There is no air conditioning in the 4th room; if you are interested in that issue, it is useful to keep it according to it (especially on the hot days of the summer). Overall, it was a vacation we really enjoyed. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. The villa is beautifully designed and elegantly decorated with privacy and comfort. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the stunning views.. the villa offers panoramic vista of lush greenery and the Mediterranean Sea. Waking up to the sunrise and watching sunset was absolutely magical ! One of the many highlights is the infinity pool .. the temperature perfect and surrounded by blissful nature ! We used the modern. Kitchen . Equipped with all modern appliances. And lovely to cook in. ! The terrace was FABULOUS! We ate outside and played games. .. enjoying the ping pong. Table and other fun games .. the beds. Were DIVINE .. with perfect temperatures in the bedroom. With fresh air Or AC . The bathrooms. ? Indescribable ! Amazing! Huge marble vaulted bathrooms with rain showers equipped. To make you feel like a princess ( or prince. ) We were a family of 9. Traveling together with our 89 year mom. And this villa was truly beyond ALL of our expectations!

Incredibly beautiful villa! Ergun was so kind and attentive and so helpful with local dinner, day trips recommendations or anything else we needed. Great location, easy walk to town. Such a gem! So looking forward to going back! Highly recommend ❤️

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in this Stone Villa. Communication from the Host was very quick and they were always happy to help. The Villa is surrounded by peaceful and tranquil nature. very relaxing! We loved the cats that visited us everyday of our stay. We had around 7 cats in the garden with us one night! Wish we could have brought one home with us! The photos matched the Villa perfectly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of kitchenware available. All bedrooms had comfy beds. We would definitely recommend a car hire as the Villa is located in a small village about 15 minute drive to the main shops and restaurants. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and hope to return again 😊

We stayed at Anatolian Apartments as a group of six of family, and the duplex apartment was perfectly suitable for us. It was clean, tidy, and well-organized, with all the necessary kitchen equipment available for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights for me was the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity for my early morning swim sessions. Parking was easy, right next to the building on the side of the road. The location is also great—very close to both Çalış Beach (10 mins drive) and central Fethiye (20 mins) . We had dinner every evening at one of the many restaurants on Barış Manço Boulevard, just a short drive away. Deniz Bey was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I’m already planning to visit again in September and hope to stay here once more if it’s available. Highly recommended!

Mr. Murat is a magnificent host. The house has everything from lemon squeezer to cake mold, umbrella to take to sea, novel. We felt like we were at our friend's vacation home. After Mr. Murat's house, we continue our vacation in another house and are looking for our old house with a candle right now. We eat a trip from the host for tea kettle, shampoo, towels, salt, and it doesn't..:)) The house is 10 minutes walking distance to the sea, the Şok Bim Migros monopoly hospital is close to everything. I don't want to praise it too much, actually, so that no one should always come, but I'm writing to deliver Mr. Murat. Thank you very much. We stayed for a total of 4 people including a baby, and in the meantime, there is a double bed and a single bed, and two people can sleep on the armchairs.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful view of the harbour and right next to the old town, we wanted to stay more than one night! Lots of restaurants around all in walking distance.

Arife and Oliver were great hosts, gave us great recommendations and were very helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable week here. Lots of shops and restaurants in Kayakoy which was easy to reach on foot. Beaches and Fethiye just a short drive away.

Thank you very much for a lovely stay at your home. The house had everything we needed as a family to have a relaxing holiday. We felt at home. The garden is very beatiful. Ziya was always responsive and welcoming and Mr Zafar was very helpful.

Great place to stay; we had a family of 7 and felt very comfortable. The place was super clean, relaxing, private, and quiet. Everything we wanted to do from sight seeing to delicious restaurants was either in walking distance or easy public transportation, the bus stop is literally in front of the establishment. Kids loved the pool, it was super clean and friendly service; and yes! they had a poolside bar with an awesome bartender named Bilal that was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The receptionist was also available at all times and answered all our questions with a welcoming smile. A special thank you to our host Demir, words cannot describe his hospitality which was second to NONE. Demir made us feel like family and treated me like his own brother. From providing information on places to go to our needs at the hotel, Demir was available at all times. Thank you Demir, we will definitely be back here for our next journey to Hisaronu and Oludeniz.

We had a great stay, the house was very spacious and the pool was amazing. Fergal was very responsive and if we had questions would always reply back promptly which was great. Thanks for a great stay.

We had the most wonderful summer staying in this beautiful villa. Aircon throughout and a bathroom for every bedroom was brilliant. The outside area is such a comfy and inviting space, so much so we spent most nights sitting out there relaxing. The garden area is beautiful and there is lots of space to sunbathe or lots of shade if you want it. The outside area really is a wow factor. It was only a 20 minute walk into town and a taxi from town to the villa didn't cost much at all. Overall, an absolutely brilliant stay and a holiday we wish we could do all over again.

Our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas was very enjoyable. The property consists of three houses with a large garden surrounded by pomegranate trees. We stayed there for 4 days as a group of 12 adults, and we found everything we needed at hand. The ambiance was super relaxing, and our rooms were very comfortable. Beddings, bath towels, beach towels, board games, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and everything else you might need during your stay were all provided generously. However, I believe there's a serious mosquito problem. This issue may not be specific to the property, I guess it's a common problem for the whole Dalyan area. Yet, maybe Helena can take some precautions about it because we each had 20-30 mosquito bites, and one of our friends had to take allergy medication due to a mosquito allergy. There are 2 beautiful pools in the garden, but again, there were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the pool. We still enjoyed the pools a lot though.

The place looks even better in real life! The host was incredibly helpful with all the issues we encountered during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come again!

Everything was great except the internet connection which was not stable and strong. Fully recommended.

The villa was great and perfectly sized for our group of 7. There were one or two minor glitches but Tony was extremely responsive and got things fixed quickly. We always get villas on holiday and Tony is the best host we have had the pleasure of working with. The villa is in a private residential area and a car is necessary to get around but it is only a few minutes drive to Oludeniz Beach and Hisoronu, which is where we generally dined.

Villa Frank is the perfect villa. The well maintained gardens, pool and the immaculate villa are just ideal. Short walk to near by restaurants and site seeing locations. Highly recommend this villa and the owners help goes far beyond expectations. Stayed a few times now and will definitely return.
