We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly proactive and friendly, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. The house is conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to explore the area. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the instructions provided were clear and helpful. The neighborhood felt safe, and having boat parking on the property was a fantastic bonus. This place worked perfectly for my family, and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend

This was our family’s first time with an Airbnb. Debbie made it a WONDERFUL experience! She’s communicative, the home itself was immaculate and extremely clean and organized. We felt like we were at home 🥰 The pool was gorgeous and so much fun! We can’t wait to book another visit 🥳

Clean, quiet place of the lake

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super cozy, and the entire place felt welcoming and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication a breeze. I really appreciated the little touches like extra towels. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. Frank is a stand up host. With our particular stay he was super responsive and one of the best host of an absolutely beautiful bnb to date. If he will ever allow me again I recommend this hm 10 or 10 for a party of 4-6 for sure. Neighbors are also very helpful and nice people.

Debbie’s place was perfect for our weekend out at Lake Havasu. It was well taken care of and absolutely beautiful. Outside entertainment area was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather with friends and family. Kitchen came stocked with everything you could need as far as spices, utensils, and cookware. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or long vacation.

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

Jesse was a great host and very informative about everything. Place was very clean and close to all the downtown places we wanted to go to and the lake. Will be back.

If you love sunrises and sunsets picture this a beautiful golf course view a pool right in front of you and the coolest house just behind you and that’s where you’re staying this place truly feels like home especially with a host who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the stunning decor to the luxury touches the boat parking and the peaceful neighborhood this is my forever go to spot in havasu i could go on and on thank you so much for everything!!

Finally I found a place in Lake Havasu City that is clean! The place had everything we needed even a bottle opener. I highly recommend the Havasu Dunes if you want to get away from the hotel scene.

Paul’s Place was great. Nice quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way, but that was never an issue. Beds were so comfortable and the towels were insanely soft!! The kitchen was well stocked with nice Keurig coffee maker and plenty of pods on hand. Pots, pans, serving items and nice silverware. We stayed for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our stay!!!!

The place was well maintained and furnished. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, very comfortable. The hosts responded quickly with any issue we had and resolved the issue.

We had an important reconnection with part of our family and meeting new grandchildren and having this home as a place that we could all enjoy was such a relief and great experience with lots of memories for the little ones. Mike was a wonderful, friendly, great person to communicate with. We will definitely be back over the next few years as we can. Thank you Mike. Our family appreciates you very much.
