Townhome vacation rentals in Lake Havasu City

Everything worked good! Having the garage made things very easy for my elderly mother. As well as walk-in shower. First time visiting my brother in Lake Havasu, and staying here made it nice and easy.

Great condo, had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Great place for a small family. Check in was as easy as walking up and opening the door. Clear instructions around the house on how to use items. Easy check out. The community pool is great to go cool off, never saw it busy. But the best part is the garage. Will definitely stay again.

We had a last minute issue with our RV and needed a place to stay that included our dog. This place was a lifesaver for us. The location was perfect and it was a lovely place to spend an unexpected weekend in Lake Havasu City. We had a fine few days staying here.

We loved our stay at Kathy’s! Place was clean. Even to my wife’s standards! Kathy’s communication was timely and super friendly. Not 1 complaint.

This team that owns these properties as so great. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and totally on top of things. I've stayed a lot of places over the years. The ownership or management was always good. But the owners here were super helpful, connected us with local resources we needed, very accommodating. Totally above and beyond. If you have a boat or off road vehicle, this townhouse is perfect. We were able to back in our trailered SxS and truck with room to spare in the toy garage. I cook when we travel and the kitchen had the basic cookware I needed to make meals. Place was very clean, sound system was awesome for movies at night, close to everything but far away enough to feel at ease and unplugged from crazy days out on the water or in the desert. Nice and quiet. The pool was perfect to cool off the couple times we needed to. This place was exactly perfect for our needs. Will absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our vacation this Memorial Day weekend! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with great access to the marina and all the amenities. Super comfy place to stay, we will definitely be back!

Location is excellent. Minutes from the launch ramp. Two regular beds and two couches that pull out into a bed. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to access property.

Home was clean & inviting. Smelled great. Perfect location between the 2 places we were visiting. Plus when we arrived it was graduation for Lake Havasu HS & we could see it from the driveway. The backyard is all rocks past the patio, so hard for our fur baby to walk out to use the restroom. But a decent size yard & private.

Love this condo that we had the chance to stay in over Memorial weekend. I Brought my goddaughter down and a few of her friends for a graduation present. They have a great time. Highly recommend this place. Whitney made our stay worry, free. Hope to come visit again at the end of the season.

Steve's place was perfect for our family's vacation weekend on the lake. The condo was clean and had everything you would need to feel at home. We will definitely consider Steve's place when we return for some fun on the lake. Thank you Steve!

The AirBnB was beautiful. It is literally steps to the beach and in prime location! The condo was super nice and clean. Kim the host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. They also had water toys to use in the channel.

Here comes another glowing review! Dixie’s place was super clean, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Loved the added touches, snacks, toiletries if we forgot anything. Kitchen very well stocked. Comfortable beds, We used the pool often as it’s just a short walk. Restaurant with dine in or take out a short walk away This is a gem and Dixie is very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for making our stay here just perfect Dixie😊

I really enjoyed staying here, it was just what I was looking for. The instruction were clear to get in, everything was as stated and looked in the description and photos. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs patio, there are three, to enjoy the sun, and appreciated the privacy. The garage was a bonus, and the giant rental car fit in with no problem. We found a hidden gem, The Boat House, within a couple of hundreds yards that we ate at every day. Highly recomended.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Greg's location. We felt right at home. Directions and information provided was spot on and left no confusion. The reserved parking and guest spots were always open. The kitchen/living area as well as the bedroom were open, clean and inviting. Games were a nice touch in the "coffee table" Hosts were very responsive to our questions.

This condo was amazing and far above our expectations! We did a friends adult get away for the weekend and at it slept three couples very comfortably! Location and amenities were great! Janell has the condo fully out fitted with items above and beyond what you would expect. We will definitely visit again and try to stay here.

Comfortable, practical home. We were here for Memorial weekend. Shelly and her husband were super friendly. I love the casita concept! There is one bedroom on the left and the other on the right. This house had EVERYTHING a mom needs from coffee, blender, to floss picks. My type of Airbnb. I def recommend staying here.
