We shared the house with 2 families and it was great! The kids loved the bunk room and everyone enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. The location was perfect…a quick drive to downtown. Stephen was an excellent host and always responsive. We had a great time and will be back!

Eric was a great host. Communicated quickly and efficiently whenever something came up. Like letting us know ahead of time the bad flooding in Arkansas had damaged the dock and offered a full refund if we chose to go somewhere else. The house was just as described and the whole family loved the hot tub, pool table, and nice porch sitting. Also very well furnished, and good central location to Hot Springs. The neighborhood coming in was a little sketchy, but the house is up and away from it so we never felt in danger or bothered. Great overall experience and would recommend.

We had such a great time at Yoli’s place! The house is spacious and perfect for a group, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The backyard and patio—especially the hot tub—are total game changers! Everything was spotless, and the space has a warm, welcoming feel that made us feel right at home. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

We stayed for our anniversary. We had such a good time and the Airbnb was nice and cosy. My 6 year old loved having her own room and we loved the little twin bed nook in our room in case she got scared. She also really loved the skylights. It was very easy to find but our GPS took us to the wrong gate. Dennis was really quick to respond and gave us a different address to get us to the correct spot. We had so much fun and can’t wait to do it again next year! Thanks so much for hosting us.

We had a group of 10 to celebrate a special birthday. We absolutely loved the house and all it had to offer and many of us would like to return some day - sooner then later. The house was perfect and we had plenty of beds and even though there were "only" 3 bathrooms, it was not an issue at all. Plenty of space for all of us. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the set up of the house and especially loved the kitchen - which we used every day. We made a couple of our meals and snacks there. The decks and patio areas were gorgeous - nestled in the woods. We used the hot tub and the fire pit - so very nice to have those available to us. We did not use the boat or kayaks but that is something we would have loved to have done if we had more time. While in Hot Springs, we ate dinner at a restaurant on the lake, we hiked, did the mineral baths, shopping, and even did some crystal mining. It was all very beautiful and peaceful!

Such beautiful surroundings—peaceful and relaxing! This condo has an amazing view of Lake Hamilton. Watching the sunset as we ate dinner on the balcony was so lovely, with lots of birds flitting about. Several pluses: We enjoyed having access to the neighborhood pool, and walking the boardwalk on the edge of the lake. We also appreciated that the condo is pet-friendly, and having use of the washer and dryer was also quite nice. Kimberly is a very responsive host. There were a couple glitches while we were there and she was quick to respond. We would love to return!

This was a charming condo with awesome views and equipped with all the comforts of home. My son and his friends (12 yrs olds) had a blast staying here. They loved kayaking and swimming in the lake and all the great fishing the surrounding areas had to offer. Bill was very pleasant and responded promptly to questions we had. We definitely want to plan another trip to come back. This was a 10-out-of-10 trip for us!!!

Steve left us clear instructions on how to find the condo and how to check in. The place and the view was beautiful, and super pet friendly! The area felt safe and was close to restaurants/stores! Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay! Very Clean and back porch was 35 yards from water and WHAT a View! the Swimming pool that we used a lot was 25 yards away from front Door. Real quit location.

The 'Home on the Range' apartment was absolutely exquisite. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire apartment was immaculately clean. One of the most enchanting experiences during my stay was sitting outside, captivated by the breathtaking sunset over the golf course and the serene Lake Balboa Beach. If I could give more than five stars, I undoubtedly would. A highly recommended destination!

wonderful place in the woods. Plenty of room for my family of 4. very clean. Jana was very responsive with any questions we had. we enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the fireflies in the evenings. highly recommend this place.

Great condo right on the water. It was clean and had everything you need. The deck was covered and we spent hours sitting outside and enjoying the views. Highly recommend.

My husband and I loved staying here! Beautiful inside and out! The adjustable bed was a huge bonus and very comfortable. We were able to host some family members one evening and cook for them - kitchen had everything we needed. We were surprised to find out you need to supply your own toilet paper - they only provide a starter roll - which we did not know until I messaged inquiring about where to find more. My daughter informed me this is not unusual these days! This was only our 2nd experience renting an AirBnb and it was awesome. The next time we visit family in Arkansas we will book again! Thank you to the hosts for sharing their beautiful property and providing such a nice home away from home for their guests.

The Green Apple A-Frame is a keeper. Whenever we come to Hot Springs, it will be at the top of my list. It is close but not too close to HS. It’s maybe a 15-20 easy drive to get downtown. The house came with everything we needed. To cut some expenses, we cooked 2 out of our 3 meals. The house had all the things we needed. The beds were comfortable and we slept well to prepare for the nexts day’s activities. Overall five stars.

Kayla is super great. She was very responsive to our questions and was extremely proactive in getting us information about the place and the check-in / check-out procedures. The place is immaculate and close to things to do, especially a cool damn that we loved going to. Lots of other things to do here...or just relax and unwind for the weekend! We will definitely keep her on the short-list for places to stay!

Excellent host and communicator! Very responsive and The Little House was all we needed for a long weekend. Even got to feel at home with a white Australian Shepherd greeting us like we have at home.

This was everything we could’ve possibly hoped for. We had the perfect blend of total quiet and rest and yet were able to enjoy the surrounding attractions. The house is so clean. It is hard to believe. The hosts, John, and Beverly, were a delight and provided the exact amount of help needed, when needed. Can’t wait to go back!

We had the best time at the Cabin. The view is amazing and my children loved the lily pad and kayaks. The water is also very shallow (about knee deep) across the river, so we went across on our last day and enjoyed being able to just stand and float around. Would definitely stay again. Colleen is a wonderful host.

The entire house has the most awesome view of beautiful Lake Hamilton. It is set back just a bit from the main flow of boat traffic, so a little less loud, but full view all the water activity. So relaxing, and so close to the water. The house is very spacious and has a cool layout. Super fun space for a family. We will hopefully go back soon!
