Welcome to the idyllic municipality of Lutzenberg in the hilly Appenzellerland. The small former Wöschhüsli with barrel sauna is surrounded by green meadows and trees. The cozy cottage impresses with lots of charm and comfort. Another highlight in addition to the sauna is the stream that flows through the property and gives the whole a relaxed atmosphere. Whether peace seekers, nature lovers or those interested in culture – everyone will find their retreat here.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) The apartment is located in the second row to the street, therefore very quiet and has a unique view. To enjoy these benefits, a few stairs must be overcome until then, not suitable for those with walking disabilities. A walk-in shower, high-quality fitted kitchen with cooking and dining island, large bed (180 x 200), sauna are a few of the many highlights.

Located within the Oerlikon district of Zurich, the apartment offers two loggias & a garden view. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

We rent out our attic apartment with the charm of a "vacation in Grandma's time." It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed, and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The glazed conservatory can also be used, and the bar in the basement by arrangement. Other things to note Additional payments: €2.20 guest tax / adult person aged 14 and over / night

Im Winter benötigen wir 2 Tage Vorlauf zum Aufheizen

A bus stop is right in front of the house. Rheineck train station is about 1.5 km away.
