There is a house being built roughly 100m from the property, minor noise emissions during the week from 7-12 and 13-17 are possible. However the site is already well advanced.

20 minutes from the city center (by train) located next to the lake with use of the Sauna. free night Parking along the main road 2 minute walk to the trainstation with your own entrance to the studio. the sauna is next to your entrance and free to use, there is a Bar open till 2 am 5 min. away. and a steakhouse above it a pizzeria is next door. 2 bakery's in the village. there is a nice footpath thru the forrest along a small river where there is a grill place

When passing through the Gerberschanze, you reach the lake in approx. 2 minutes for swimming. Close to many nice cafes and restaurants.

This special property is located right on the river and right at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The property is not large, but a perfect starting point if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car. A water access also connects directly to the apartment and a piece of meadow belongs to the house.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
