Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first moment - the apartment is very nicely furnished, everything is available and very clean. The view from the terrace is a dream! We also enjoyed the very flexible check-in and the generous check-out. Many thanks to our hosts for the nice gestures to welcome you (coffee pods, apples and a bottle of wine). Fantastic apartment with everything you can imagine, that you wouldn't even have asked yourself if you could need it! 😊 Everything is there!!! The apartment is very tastefully decorated and very nicely renovated in the old villa. Julia and Reza are very accommodating hosts who give you very good tips for excursions in the area and take very good care of their guests. All in all, this was the absolute and unconditional number 1 apartment we have ever been allowed to stay in!!! A 100% recommendation!!! Thank you From there you can make very nice excursions, e.g. to the Rhine Falls to Schaffhausen or you can walk a very nice path in about an hour to Constance. About 5 minutes by car there is a beautiful spa, the island of Mainau is also only 5 minutes by car and everything is wonderfully accessible by bike paths. And there are nice restaurants in every price range nearby and also a supermarket.

The place was very nice, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the time. A grill, microwave and softer mattresses would complete the accommodation and make it even better. Everything else was great. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

The apartment is small but very cozy, clean and well equipped – perfect for a few days in the city. The host was friendly and helpful. The location directly opposite a park is particularly practical. However, you should know that in the evening and at night there are often loud groups in the park, sometimes with alcohol and rioting. If you want to sleep with the window open, you could be disturbed – but with the window closed, it is good to endure. Nevertheless, a pleasant stay overall!

We had a wonderful two week stay here in Uberlingen. Laura and Michael were very communicative and kind enough to offer recommendations in the area. The apartment was spotless, full of light, and quiet in the evenings. It was also a short walk to the closest grocery store, the lakefront, and many beautiful parks. Highly recommend!
