Relax at this peaceful home surrounded by sugar pins and cedar trees. A quiet neighborhood perfect for walking and a short distance to lake. Great patio for grilling and gathering around a table with fire pit. Main floor has a great room concept with cozy couch, big TV, kitchen, dining space, bed room and full bathroom. Upstairs has full bathroom, two good size bedrooms with desks and large closet space. Close to restaurants, golf course and marina with rentals for water sports.

This 2 bedroom cottage is located above our garage. It's peaceful and quiet in our neighborhood. We offer 2 brand new beds and cozy bedding. The view at night is amazing. Sometimes it appears that you can touch the stars. The kitchen is fully stocked and if you need something extra just let us know. The best part is our location we are close to everything. A Perfect Stay – Cozy, Thoughtful, and Exceptionally Hosted! I can't say enough good things about this stay! The space was incredibly cozy and comfortable—just what I needed to relax and unwind. Every little detail was thought of; anything you could possibly need was already there, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets, toiletries, and even little touches that made it feel like home. Therese truly went above and beyond in every way. So kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, she made sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived until check-out. Therese’s thoughtfulness and hospitality really set this experience apart. "Rejuvenate at Riversong Retreat"

My 4 friends and I stayed at Ernie's retreat for our Memorial Day weekend trip to Lassen and Lake Almanor. The photos don't do it justice--this place is gorgeous, and huge! We had plenty of space to relax, cook, and play games. There are clear instructions with how to use the propane fire pit outside, which we used to make s'mores. There is a roaring river right outside that makes you feel like you're far away in the wilderness. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and the TVs all worked as well. Lake Almanor is a short walk or drive away, and we rented kayaks to explore the lake. Most importantly, Ernie is a stand-out host who is kind, proactive, and communicative. Thanks, Ernie!

Loved our stay at the cabin. It's a surprisingly roomy and well-appointed place. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals and everything was comfortable and cozy. It's quite close to the main Lassen entrance which made exploration easy and the little neighborhood is charming and quiet. Ron was super responsive and made everything easy.

This place was even better than we expected. The interior was spacious and clean with lots of amenities. It was the perfect space for us to come back to after a day traveling. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep. The furniture was all comfortable and in excellent condition. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. Robert was responsive and helpful. I would recommend a stay here!

Cozy, comfortable, and charming place to stay in Quincy! We had a great time staying at Jennifer's place for 2 nights over the Christmas holiday. I grew up in Quincy and this place worked out great when coming back for a visit. The house is comfortable, as described, and has a lovely artistic/bohemian style. Jennifer was a great host! Easy check-in and out and detailed instructions.
