Christine’s place was very comfortably furnished for a large family. The home was thoughtfully decorated and functional. Even though the kitchenette has no sink, it had many gadgets. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a great night.

It was an easy walk to downtown, but still felt like you were away enough from the downtown. We enjoyed sitting at the river reading with our books and having a fire. She left us some sweet treats and firewood. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Highly reccommend

I had a truly pleasant experience at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as listed neat, well-designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was courteous, responsive, and helpful throughout, offering useful suggestions about the area and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay while we visited Amicalola Falls and Fainting Goat winery. Cathy’s place was in a great location for us to do both. The view was amazing especially with the leaves beginning to change colors! Her space was very nicely decorated and comfortable! Everything was clean! We had a wonderful, relaxing experience!

Me and my friends spent a week at this place. Even though it's a shared space, it's very private. The surroundings are beautiful and it's a great place to unwind and relax, highly recommend!

Host was very responsive especially with my request for early check in. This was my first time in Atlanta and her home made it a great trip. Looking forward to booking again with her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay here for a wedding nearby. The location is an easy walk to the lake or to town for dinner. The place itself is well kept and clean.

Loved Peter’s place. We will stay here again. Great location for baseball tournaments at Lakepoint.

This is a quiet and peaceful place to relax. The outdoor kitchen was one of our favorite features during our stay. The property is well maintained and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the property.

We went to Big Canoe for a wedding and rented Chase's ABB. He was the most gracious host and answered every question I had almost immediately! My cousin stayed in another ABB and complained they had to bring their own toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. Chase's ABB provides everything just like a nice hotel would, but you're in a house that feels like you're home! Sitting on the porch listening to the waterfall was so relaxing. We did a little hike down to check it out, and it had a rock slide. Later, I heard some boys sliding down and yelling happily. I wish I had been able to do it! Maybe next time! Getting ready for the wedding was just like we were at our own home. There really aren't enough positive things I can say about Chase and his ABB!! We had the best time and are already planning to go back!

This house is lovely. Space for us all, great porch views where we spent most of our time unless we were sleeping. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. Many amenities in the kitchen. We will be back in a few months!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! We enjoyed the neighborhood amenities (beach club and marina for a fee but totally worth it!) and plenty of hiking trails. The house was better than the pictures! Beautifully renovated and very comfortable. We also appreciated the location of the house within the neighborhood- not too far from the main entrance and no scary drive up a mountain! Would definitely come back!

This trip was a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday, and exceeded my expectations. We had a great time! One of the best experiences we've had so far. We loved the lake in the backyard. He fished morning, afternoon and night and caught many nice size fish. The pool table was a great addition, after the sun went down. We actually were able to relax and enjoy a quiet weekend, fishing, playing pool, and watching movies as planned and expected. Our hostess was the sweetest. We really enjoyed ourselves and definitely want to come back. Everything was great.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and this was one of our favorites! Gorgeous, super clean, and so much fun! There are many stairs leading down to the lake which was just fine for our young crew but may be difficult for anyone with physical limitations. Immaculate property with incredible hosts! Would stay here again for sure.

Well, where do we begin! The home is beautiful, Amy and Ron have not forgotten one thing when it comes to anticipating what guests may need! Amy was quick to respond to us! The home has all the amenities you would ever want in a vacation. We grew up a few miles from Acworth and would love to live in this home, it brings back many fond memories of our childhoods in this community!! Loved the location, the view was wonderful, and the house was super clean. There was board games and smart tvs for when we wanted entertainment. It was perfectly relaxing

Lamar went above and beyond! Our original date were Thu - Sun and the week of our stay, I asked if we could move our reservation to Fri - Mon. Lamar was so quick to respond and accommodated our date change without complaint. During our stay, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the building. When I messaged Lamar, he called me back so quick and he was able to get us back in the building in minutes AND he was SO nice about it! Thank you SO much for your kindness, Lamar! We had a WONDERFUL time in Helen! The place was beautiful and located in the BEST possible spot on the river. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go. This isn't for the AirBnb specifically, but there are Bees/Wasps/Hornets EVERYWHERE. Not just at the AirBnB, but all over the town as well. Pollinators are great, but if you have allergies be prepared!

Apartment was perfect for a 4 night stay. Location was close to everywhere we needed to be. Staff in the building were very friendly. Hosts were extremely responsive. The view was incredible. Cannot wait to stay in the future.

Lamar is a great host. The stay was amazing and worth every penny!
