Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

Great location, quiet and convenient. Publix a short walk, along with restaurants and other points of interest. Parking was accessible. Did not enjoy the amenities of the building but nice to have.

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

The stay at Mike’s place was wonderful!! It was clean, peaceful, and close to everything we needed! Mike was an excellent host. He responded quickly and was very accommodating. The free slippers and toothbrushes were a nice touch 👌🏼 we will definitely stay again when we r in town. I highly recommend Mike’s place!!

I had an amazing experience staying with Atlanta Luxury Rentals! The property was exactly as described, stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The view was absolutely breathtaking and truly elevated the entire stay. Waking up to that skyline each morning was unforgettable. Everyone at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, and even the residents in the building were kind and respectful, which made the atmosphere feel safe and inviting. The location was perfect, across the street from the landmark Fox Theather, and the check-in process was seamless. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, made our trip fantastic. The team was professional and responsive throughout my stay. I would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Atl.

Awesome location close to everything! Jennifer is an awesome host. We were lost and she immediately answered her phone and helped us! This location is steps away from the Beltline, and Ponce City Market. It is a vibrant area that is safe. I highly recommend this location and host!

I was in town for the Ironman event and this was the perfect space location for me and my family to stay for the weekend. 15 min walk from the central downtown area with lots of restaurants and things to do, as well as the transition area and athlete village for the race. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we come back.

The place was very nice and clean , great walkable, safe location. The apartment was very private and cozy ! 10 out of 10 !

My stay was ABSOLUTELY the best. The house was clean and very well described. The host was AWESOME. He made us feel right at home, was quick with responses whenever I had an issue or question. He even suggested a few places because we weren’t from there. Best Airbnb that I’ve encountered so far!!!! If I ever go back to Atlanta I will be booking this same Airbnb. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious Airbnb! The house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out, and the common areas were perfect for gathering together. The beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor space was a great bonus. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Highly recommend this place for families or larger groups—would absolutely stay here again!

The place was definitely worth the money beautiful home and very friendly host not overly bothersome just made sure we got checked in and everything was as supposed to be place has a nice workout room and message chair sauna was awesome very nice house. I didn’t stay there my guys did but I checked the place out and it was definitely one of the nicer places I thought with the gym and sauna and all hot tub was out of order but other then that everything was as described and place was nice would definitely recommend trying the place out thank you for sharing your place with us and being awesome host!! Hope to staying again if where back in the area thank you!!!

We had a nice family vacation at this house. We were in town for 10u baseball event and house was centrally located. We enjoyed the quiet area and pool at the house. We would easily book again. Amber was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Barry and Tricia are both so lovely, they were always very professional and extensive with their responses which I appreciated. The house was gorgeous and very spacious. It was very clean with an amazing view of the lake behind. We met the previous owner and he was very kind as well. The only thing I could think to ask of them is to include more pictures in the listing! You are gatekeeping your gorgeous home! lol This is a worthwhile stay with a group of friends or family. It was a lovely quick getaway from Atlanta. So peaceful and quiet in the community of Big Canoe. We played 9 holes on the Cherokee golf course which was pristine and had some magnificent views. We ate at a local restaurant "Home" in Marble Hill that was recommended by Brian. The meal was outstanding. The home was nestled among trees and we felt like we were in a tree house. Would definitely recommend.

This home was absolutely beautiful! I wish we could have stayed more than 2 days. We have been traveling for the past 6 years for dance competition and this if our favorite place we have stayed so far. Our girls were raving about how beautiful and comfortable it was to get ready here. The home is absolutely beautiful and clean. We will definitely look to stay here again if we have a competition in town in the future.
