Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lake Allatoona

Great place to stay! Kristen was very helpful with instructions and the place was clean! Only minor issue was the thermostat has a lower limit so it got a little warm so bring a fan. Overall it's a great place to get away! Would definitely stay again!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at David’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better!

Nothing but great things to say! Our host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed to communicate! The cabin is on the side of a mountain so you get beautiful views! With that being said I wouldn’t recommend driving at night if not used to driving mountain roads and the description of the road is accurate it’s a one way with some pull off areas for traversing. You don’t have to have 4 wheel drive during non winter season but there are people with cars that live there but we wouldn’t have felt comfortable to do that. The stairs to go up to the master bedroom are steep as she said but they have a non slip grip tape on each step and there are gates at every level for children/pets. The hot tub was so nice and was already up and running when we arrived. There were towels, dishes, some condiments, and a decent amount of kitchen utensils and such. Downtown blue ridge and ellijay are both pet friendly places! Amicalola state park is beautiful with an easy hike to the waterfall.

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

Absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Great location, Quiet neighborhood, Very well equipped property, Well thought out floor plan. The house is on a large a lot and feels like it is in the country. Located within 10 to 20 minutes of anything you could need. Furnishings and amenities are top-notch. The snacks, soft drinks and Fiji water were great extras to walk into. The Spa/hot tub area is a complete home run. We have already recommended this property to several of our friends and will definitely be booking for ourselves again.

Wow. This place is amazing. One of my favorites from AirBnBs in lots of countries. The views, the location, the attention to detail, the pool, the hot tub, etc. We spent a week here with our three kids and fell right at home. Everything worked and we felt welcome. I especially loved how each time we looked across the ridge down over Chattanooga it always was a bit different. Adam was exceptional. He bent over backwards to accommodate us, and he was ultra responsive.

My husband and I stayed here for a family trip visiting relatives in Canton, GA. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and meticulously clean. The grounds were well kept and the animals were an added bonus for enjoyment. Darlene was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations found in the guest book, which i forgot to write in before leaving. I would absolutely stay here again.

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

I would have to say, without a doubt, that this was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The unit itself was amazing and as-advertised, but what really set it apart was the immense beauty of the back yard and pool area. Don’t bother buying a ticket to the Atlanta Botanical Garden—essentially an entire botanical garden is included with your stay!! My family came into town for a wedding on a Friday. We had all day Saturday free, and spent a big chunk of it just relaxing i the back yard by the pool. Dina was a great host! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

We loved this little cabin so much. I am not exagerating when I say we honestly did not want to go back to our real home. Lol. We want to go back! There is so much more to do in the area that we did not get to do. The whole family enjoyed everything the cabin and location offered. Thank you!

We had an outstanding stay at the cabin, which was exactly as described. It was extremely well organized and clean. The hosts were excellent, responsive, pleasant and accommodating. The view was awesome and the cabin had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing weekend getaway. We will definitely look to stay here first, the next time we are in the area.

What a trip to remember! The birdhouse was private in a secluded area. We loved the fire pit out front with an amazing view of the lake. Having a see through ceiling was very unique and an amazing experience. Lewis and Jordan were fantastic hosts!!

We had SUCH a restful and delightful stay at this beautiful and cozy cabin! We would definitely come back again! Everything was there that we needed and more! Besides the Roku TV, they even have a DVD player and a dvd album filled with such a great movie selection! Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for nearby restaurants and activities! Their Jacuzzi was so relaxing as well! Highly recommend staying here!

This place is exceptional. It’s very private with beautiful scenery and allows a moment to reconnect with nature. The beds are super comfortable and the hot tub was a wonderful feature for this location. The creek is beautiful, especially in the early hours of the morning. Maddie and Ryan gave great recommendations for restaurants near by, which did not disappoint. This was a wonderful get away trip for the weekend and I highly recommend.

I’d advise against driving a sedan or a small vehicle, but the drive up to the home isn’t bad at all. It’s just a little bit of a clincher. Best views I’ve ever had at a mountain cabin. Late cotober here would be a religious experience. The sun sets directly over the mountain in full view of the back porch. Incredible sight.

This was one of my favorite stays! It was the cutest cabin with all the right things indoor and outdoor. Everything I needed was there, I felt at home. We got a personalized gift and card, I felt like they knew us and were happy we were there. We spent our honeymoon there and it was soooo worth it! I would definitely stay again!! They were so nice and responsive, such a great experience!

I wish I could keep this place a secret because of how incredibly beautiful and secluded it is. You feel like you’ve stepped into a fairy tale, and Hal’s unique touches make the place inviting and special all at the same time. Our trip was filled with rainy weather, but there’s something magical about sitting by the tabletop fire pit on the screened in porch while watching the rain and the river flow by. This is the first airbnb I’ve ever stayed where I knew I wanted to come back.
