Apartment vacation rentals in Lajatico

A magical stay! I wish I could have spent many more days here as I was so relaxed and didn’t want to leave! Quiet and in the center of it all. It was well appointed and decorated. While still feeling traditional to the space, it had modern flair. The bed and couch were both very comfortable and clean. I would stay again if I’m ever back! It’s good to note that there are a lot of stairs to the top and if you have heavy luggage, you are in for a workout!

Beautiful and peaceful stay in a quite town. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and a kitchen to have home cooked meals. It sits above a bar and pizza place which makes meals out convenient.

As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with the owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.

If Lorenzo's place is available, just book it. You couldn't be more centrally located. Everything in Florence is walking distance from the unit. The view of the Duomo from the main room is stunning. The stairs can be a little tough if you have heavy luggage but the elevator helps a lot. The air conditioning in the unit is also top notch. It was very hot during our stay and walking back in to the cold unit felt great. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Silvia and her husband were incredibly accommodating hosts. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning Tuscan views. Even during our visit in June, the fans provided were more than enough to keep us cool and comfortable. A truly memorable experience!

We felt very comfortable at the place. In the village of Chianni, there are cafes, restaurants and small grocery stores for everyday needs. The area is quiet and a good starting point for tours to Volterra or San Gimignano. The contact with Maya was friendly and straightforward. We can recommend the property.

Amazing amazing amazing! What a great place, apartment as if taken from a photo, everything was perfect. Silvia is great, pleasant, nice and took care of everything we needed and beyond. The area is stunning, there is plenty of space for children to go out and run in a safe way, Sylvia invited our children to her little animal corner and it was lovely. We had a great time and would love to come back again and more time.

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The town of Carmignano is a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. Great spots to eat. The unit itself is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed! If taking the bus, please note that the 210 route does not go direct to Carmignano every time, and you will have to make transfers. Just look up the bus schedules online and they can tell you where to transfer.

We spend here 4 nights with our dog and felt right at home. I love nature and I love to cook and the kitchen being small has everything and a window on the Tuscan landscape, Considering we were not lucky with the weather Antonio gave us a few great tips what to do and we had an amazing time! The apartment is perfect! Alejandro was super communicative and the check-in at the apartment was very simple and fast. The beds were comfortable, large, and there were towels for all the guests. Everything was perfect!

We slept two nights in the suite. Our puppy was also traveling with us, as he is welcome at the property. Everything was very clean, perfectly equipped ( also microwave and whole two coffee makers, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer...). Breakfast was rich with lots of great fruit. The property is located just below a smaller church in a small village with idyllic views of the Tuscan landscape. In the late afternoon, we walked to the nearby village of Terricciolo and walked along the beautiful paths between the fields and had an authentic Tuscan idyll experience. Great locations and would recommend a visit!

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Had a wonderful time staying at Nedda’s beautiful home - the scenery was amazing and she and her family were fantastic hosts. Would definitely return!

It was a perfect place! The surrounding natural scenery was beautiful and the accommodation was very comfortable. There was also a private garden, so we enjoyed breakfast there. Breakfast service is not provided, but bread, biscuits, jam, milk, and water are provided as a basic. There were all the tableware and seasonings such as olive oil and balsamic vinegar, so it was convenient to cook. We stayed with 2 people, but it was comfortable to wash because there were 2 bathrooms. It was nice to be able to use the washing machine without any restrictions. It was also close to major cities such as San Gimignano and Siena, so it was a perfect location to get around. If I go back to Tuscany, I want to visit this place again.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

It was beautiful and a great way to end our honeymoon. She connected us to a massage therapist. It was great.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Very beautiful apartment, nicely furnished with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling off after day trips. It was lovely to stay there. Bakery, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old town of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and in front of the door also possible at a cost.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
