Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Laguna Hills

I needed a place to stay for one night on a SoCal road trip, and once again Airbnb came in handy even in suburban Orange County. I didn't have the chance to meet Aroosha since I arrived late and left early the next morning, but self check-in was easy and flexible, and she was responsive to all of my messages. Everything was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the spacious, provisioned, and well-ventilated adjacent dedicated bathroom. Two dogs were onsite but upstairs and out of sight; they occasionally barked when I came in or out but otherwise stayed quiet. I easily found street parking right in front of the house. It's a quiet residential neighbourhood that's just close enough (5 minutes or less driving) to freeways, shopping, and even some dining (including a brewery and coffee shop that I enjoyed). I'd recommend this listing for those passing through or staying in the area.

For a big group of people this place was certainly a better option than getting 4 hotel rooms. The house itself is pretty typical for the Laguna hills area so it’s a nice well off place.

Great stay! The amenities were great and I was able to use the pool whenever I wanted! Staying with Frank was awesome! He made sure that I had the daily paper and it made me feel right at home. Would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy unit! The place is beautifully designed, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is also fantastic close to everything yet peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had a great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay!

Lori and Ted's house is wonderful - clean and beautifully unique. their yard is so peaceful and the entire canyon neighborhood is dreamy. While I didn't get to meet Lori or Ted, their son, Matt, met me upon arrival, welcomed me, and made me (and my dog) feel right at home. I hope I'll get to visit again sometime soon.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was great for visiting with family, trips to the beach, going to Disneyland and Legoland for the kids. This home had all we needed and was very comfortable. Matt was available for messaging anytime we needed him, which was nice.

This was a perfect location for us as we helped move our daughter out of UCI. We loved being able to walk to yummy eats at diamond jamboree and run along the path. The place itself is clean and spacious and just as described. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our future visits. Thanks again!

The Starfish Cottage exceeded my expectations! Super cute and cozy, great location, and hosts were friendly and responsive. I really appreciated all the thoughtful details they put into the space, from providing a few snacks, to having blankets to use outside on a cool night. I will definitely look to book this property again if I am ever in the area.

This little place was perfect for my family. Super cute and clean. Had everything we needed and was close to everything!

We had a great stay! The apartment was as described, perfectly clean, and comfortable. I loved how close it was to the beach and to downtown. The beach chairs and toys were a nice bonus. The hosts were very responsive and had a great book inside listing the activities in the area. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of towels for both the beach and bathing. Overall, it was great and we plan to stay there again the next time we visit Laguna Beach.

The place was beautiful, recently remodeled. Loved how it was decorated and the furnishings. Large TV, balcony, beach chairs (3) and umbrella a huge plus. Location is great, beach entrance almost directly across the street. Large sleeper sofa, comfortable bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Doesn’t have basic cable, so couldn’t watch anything live, no live news. Only complaint. There is Netflix, Hulu etc, just bring your passwords. Would definitely stay here again. Would love to live in this unit!

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

The place is so peaceful and steps away from the beach. As other reviewers have mentioned, can hear the sound of the waves from the space. Sheryl is awesome and responsive. The apartment itself is so clean and well-equipped.

Brian was a great communicator, very accommodating. The cottage was really walkable which I liked a lot. It’s near the beach, it’s near restaurants, coffee shops, bars and so forth. It’s a sweet little beach getaway! Thanks Brian.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Paul is a great host. It is such a convenient location with a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. There are many other nearby places from the pier to various cafes, and shops. The pool in the complex is also family friendly. The place was super safe and secure. Very clean inside. Parking is easy and convenient. Check in was smooth. The location is 15 minutes away from Legoland. We would recommend it for others to stay.

Vanessa’s place was the perfect spot for my family & I since we had extended our vacation in California for a day, the place was clean & her communication was great. She was even willing to allow us to extend our checkout time a few hours longer so we were not rushing to leave in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

This place was very nice. The building was amazing and I enjoyed all the antique qualities about it and the friendly tenants. There were so many extra touches left for us. Close to everything, but that also meant that it was very loud at night until things settled. We were there on a long weekend though. I would stay there again without hesitation. The team stayed at a hotel and this beat it by far. Megan was amazing and responded within minutes. so, so nice!
