For all guests who need relaxation and tranquility, we tried to combine the natural qualities of the place with a comfortable and quality logistics. The structure includes 4 apartments of which one is the accommodation of the owner and the others are made available to guests. Accommodations are suitable for hosting groups or families for which the Residence formula is also adopted that allows the use of the kitchen, laundry, ironing room, etc... in full autonomy. Ideal for holidays by the sea below, the stay also lends itself to a little more challenging excursions such as: the Sila (60 km.), the town of Tropea (30 km.), the Sanctuary of S.Francesco di Paola (5 km.) (photo), medieval villages such as Fiumefreddo, San Fili, Falconara Albanese and the prettiest one on the Tyrrhenian coast that is just San Lucido. Walking in the old town, you discover the beauty of the streets, stairs and stone houses, embellished with squares and historic arches and underpasses. (Photo Gallery) For those who do not like to go to the sea or leave Casale Rondinella, the stay can be interspersed with walks in the surrounding woods, by visits to the nearby wild boar reserve, the use of the garden with its equipment: barbecue, tables, chairs, umbrellas, chairs and of course by the use of the magnificent private pool. For young and old, there is also a table football, a table tennis table, an exercise bike and various equipment for gymnastic exercises. For guests who do not want to have lunch in the house, Casale Rondinella is affiliated with the restaurant "da Peppone" in the center of San Lucido and the "Ritrovo di Elfaga" 100 meters from the farmhouse, where you can taste seafood dishes and typical local products. La Magara is an old house built at the end of the 18th century. It is located on the highest point of Civita, a small village of Arbresh origin, at the entrance of the Pollino National Park. La Magara consists of 4 spacious rooms equipped with all comforts. Warm and cozy lights, panoramic views, poor materials and rivers that refer to the historical past of domestic environments. Each room has retained its characteristics and each has an outlet in a different street. La Magara offers an exclusive experience of history and costume: from food to colors, from silences to the magical atmospheres that the environments offer. Breakfast is the ultimate expression of local culture. Homemade jams and sweets, freshly picked local fruit in the family garden give good morning. Excellent restaurants, nature walks, sports and open air excursions, local life and culture, relaxation and wellness.

With sea & mountain view, a 6-minute walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One of them has a large balcony. On the ground floor is living & dining area with terrace, garden. 2 bathrooms and well suited for up to 4 adults. Crib, high chair, washer /dryer. In a very quiet location, surrounded by olive groves and oranges plantations . Water park "Odissea" only 20 min away. Matera, Apulia, Tropea about 3 hours' drive away. In the village there is a supermarket , bakery, butcher, restaurants/cafes.

The home consists of a private entrance, double bedroom, bathroom, equipped kitchen with kitchenette with balcony, upstairs there is an open space consisting of 1 sofa bed with 📺55-inch TV, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. Fixtures including mosquito nets🦟! Towel kit, bed sheets, bathroom courtesy kit, etc., welcome breakfast.
