The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Soest near the Eem river. It is suited for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay for a few days or weeks in the area around Soest. We have two rooms with a view of the garden on the ground floor of a former farmhouse, in a separate part of the main farmhouse. You can use a part of the garden outside the rooms where you can sit. Pets are not allowed. You may rent bicycles on the premises for 5 euros per day. Own entrance.

Van alle comfort voorzien, keuken, badkamer, apart toilet, 1 slaapkamer en 1 extra logeerplek (met gordijn, geen deur! Voor max 2 personen). Met de auto ben je in 30 minuten in Amsterdam of Utrecht. Het appartement is op loopafstand van Paleis Soestdijk en station Soestdijk. Dichtbij de bossen en met veel leuke restaurants om de hoek. De ruimte is ook geschikt als werkplek of vergaderruimte.

Zwiethouse ligt op Klein Landgoed (1 ha) naast Paleis Soestdijk en Kasteel Drakensteyn. Vanuit het boshuis (in privacy gelegen) prachtig uitzicht de natuur in ! Vele vogels, ook uilen, eekhoorntjes en je ziet geregeld reeen! Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. In het bos 🌳 in Hilversum (‘t Gooi) vind je een uniek plekje tussen al het groen! Wat het uniek maakt is de locatie. Midden in het bos en tegelijkertijd dicht bij het gezellige centrum. Als je van wandelen houdt óf van een gezellig stadscentrum, je vindt het op deze locatie alle twee. Pssst… Als je geluk hebt lopen de reeën ‘s 🦌avonds door je tuin.

Het houten huis hebben we zelf gebouwd in 2019 met gebruikte materialen. Het huis is geschikt voor 4 personen, de woonkeuken heeft een gezellig eettafeltje en gezellige zithoek. De woonkamer heeft een prachtig glazen dak dat zorgt voor een mooie licht inval. -Keuken voorzien van combi oven, vaatwasser, Koelkast, inductie kookplaat en oven. De 1e slaapkamer bevind zich op de begane grond naast de badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer is met een kort trapje te bereiken op de 1e verdieping

De schuur

Voel je welkom! Achter ons huis staat De Schuur, een romantisch, sfeervol en uniek gastenverblijf, voorzien van alle gemakken zodat je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen en je je geniet modus aan kunt zetten. Geniet lekker van de jacuzzi en sauna op de veranda. Er is een gas bbq aanwezig en een heerlijke buitenhaard. ( BBQ en buitenhaard tegen betaling ) De bakker met verse broodjes is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.

Semi-detached apartment for two plus child and pet for a fee of 30Euros short stay and 20 per month long stay. Private entrance, bedroom with double bed max 180kg; TV, shower room with washer, dryer, separate toilet and kitchen/dining room with work space. Child's camping cot available. Small garden with table and chairs. Combi Oven, Induction hot plate, fridge, cutlery, plates, pots, towels, linen, etc, provided + welcoming package. Ideal for 2-3months stay.

Wij bieden een prettige sfeer, in het weekend EEN HEERLIJK ONTBIJT, en ruimte om tot jezelf te komen. Er is veel natuur op korte afstand, en met de trein zijn bijv. Utrecht en Amsterdam snel te bereiken. Het tuinhuis staat op ruime afstand van het woonhuis en is gezellig ingericht. Soms is gebruik voor 1 nacht mogelijk - neem gerust contact op.

The studio is located in the historic "Old Harbour" surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings by the famous architect Dudok.
