We are a half mile from downtown Eustis and less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Mt. Dora where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, live music, and weekend festivals.

coronavirus 19 edit: It's always been our policy to clean/sanitize before & after each guest. Also, our county is safer than most of Florida & the USA. We're in a quiet part of Ocala with only a few neighbors within 100s of feet. We're close to the 200 hub, 1.5 mi from a high school, & on a paved road. So, we're not in the middle of nowhere. The apt is private, no one else lives or can rent in the cottage. Our home is abt 100 feet away (far/close enough for added safety & host assistance).
