My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

The house is located in Gerasdorf, directly at the border of Vienna. You can reach the center of Vienna in 20 minutes by public transport. You have the whole house for yourself. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and a terrace. On the upper floor, you have two more bedrooms, another bathroom, and a kitchenette. Both bedrooms upstairs and the common areas downstairs have AC. Free parking on the property.
