Nick's place was comfortable and beautifully located. Private parking out the front was very convenient as well as it's location nearby cafes and beaches. Thanks for a great stay!

The room was very clean with spotless sheets. The view was beautiful with a sea view just like in the photos. You can go to the beach and to eat on foot is all next. The calm area ideal for family and relaxation. It is a good choice for those who go around Pelloponnisos to stay here instead of Limeni Areopolis where prices escape and share the distance because it is just 45 minutes from Elafonisos giving the opportunity to be close to arrive early and avoid long queues on the boat. That's how we thought about it, and it was the best choice!

Lovely place walking distance from everything you want to see

Vasiliki is a great host, and the apartment is very cozy and "cute." It is centrally located, literally walking distance to the city center and the beach. It was spotless, extremely clean, and matched the description. The balcony is spacious also. Trust me, I've stayed in lots of airbnbs around the world. This one was one of the most worthy places to stay, given its price. Highly recommended. We will come back soon (hopefully!). Thank you, Vasiliki! :)

We stayed in a really nice place, lovely location with stunning views. Clean and tidy place with all comfort felt like home! Harry is a very helpful person attentive to every customer request! An access from a staircase leads to a private beach, so you can swim easily and without having to take the car. Grocery store nearby and want free beach with sun loungers given along with an umbrella. We stayed a week, great location for visiting the nearby archaeological sites, Mycenae Olympia. In short, 10 and praise for everyone! Thank you Harry for a great vacation! Highly recommended!

Extremely beautiful and clean accommodation in a great location. The owner was very helpful and provided us with a charger for our electric car as well. Nearby is the village square with a beautiful and traditional tavern.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect distance from Kalamata. Loved the nightly poolside sunsets, and appreciated the amazing hospitality from the host! Can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely location away from the main town and with great views over the hills and sea. Hydra itself is a beautiful island but you need to be prepared for lots of steep steps and walking up and down on cobbles. Overall we loved our stay and look forward to returning ❤️

John and his family were great hosts. The apartment was very clean and true to the listing. The old town is a 30 minute walk from the house. There is an amazing restaurant right across the street! We didn’t go to the beach near the house, but when driving out of town I could see it was very close and fancy, with lots of cafes and umbrellas there. Thank you for a nice stay :)

We stayed in the newly built Hera villa in Tolo. We have been coming to Tolo for 25 years and finally there is somewhere to stay that is super luxurious. Incredibly tranquil and close enough to walk into Tolo. The walk back is up a steep hill but kept us fit. You get your own private pool with 2 good size bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. You also have a sofa bed in the lounge for extra sleeping space. The villa did not disappoint and the view of Tolo was amazing. The host was incredibly communicative and even came to find us after check out as we had left a few bits in the villa. The owner is lovely too and provided us with his own umbrella for shade. So nice of him and nothing was too much bother. Already booking our stay for next year x

We were quite late in the evening arriving and was warmly welcomed. Watermelon, peaches, wine, bottled water, treats and more awaited us. The place was so homey, we felt right at home. There is not one thing I can say negative about this property. The outside area is simply gorgeous and the pool was taken care of daily. Response to issues, my own fault, was immediate and so appreciated as first I locked myself out and then I didn’t know how to use the oven. :) It was taken care of in literally minutes. The bed was so comfortable as was the couch in the living room. A delicious bottle of wine from their lemon tree in the yard was given to us on departure, as well as an offer to check out later if needed. Do not hesitate to stay here, it truly is all it claims to be. We hope to be back some day.

Beautiful apartment and excellent hosts! Super helpful and responsive. The location is excellent with a great view from the spacious balcony. Easy parking, quiet, and close to everything you need. We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend!

This property is really spacious, with three large bedrooms and more cupboard space than we've ever come across in an Airbnb. The shady verandah at the front looks out over the beautiful cove, and there is a garden space at the back for drying clothes, and a lemon tree - handy for your G&T! A paved path leads down to the crystal clear water, and you can use the ladders placed around the cove, or enter on the little beach area on the far side. We were in and out of the water from early morning to evening dips. Wonderful! Avelonas has a few tavernas, and a great bar called Mpotzio, which also does brilliant salads and pizza.

Wonderful property with an amazing view from the terrace. Very clean and comfortable. And a very short drive to the superb restaurant Skandia, to the lovely beach of Paleopoli, and to the delightful village of Avelonomas. Andreas gave very helpful recommendations on things to see and do and where to eat. All in all terrific!

A wonderful location with a spectacular view. Restaurants and a mini mart a few minutes walk away. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and clean. Andreas was a responsive and helpful host. We would happily stay here again.

Our stay with Andreas exceeded expectations. The grounds and villa were immaculate. All in all a great stay!! The host took the time to highlight the best restaurants, cafes, interesting sights and beaches; this was very helpful and facilitated our explorations in Kythira. The attention to our daily comfort was prompt and discreet. The premises were kept clean at all times by the welcoming and friendly crew. The kitchen had all the essentials for us to have a couple of meals in-house, as well as wonderful breakfasts on the patio. In the afternoons, recliner chairs were provided for us to enjoy the spectacular view in comfort while listening the the mesmerizing sea surf at the day's end. The Villa is situated in an ideal location to a wonderful beach within walking distance and a short drive to the nearby village "Avlemona". Highly recommend this villa! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Kythira.

Panagiotis' house is very beautiful , elegantly decorated, comfortable. It's a very nice and pleasant place to stay. We went for Christmas and it had radiators on and hot water all the time and it was spotlessly clean. It's more beautiful than in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet, it is very close to everything you need: supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, also close to the center and parking is very easy. Panayiotis is very guiding and cares about his guests being comfortable and having a good time in his space. I highly recommend him.
