Vacation rentals with beach access in Laconia

Lovely room with beautiful balcony, shade and sun. Good parking. And good location close to the sea and close to beautiful center. Lots of restaurants are close by. Refrigerator in the room. We were supposed to stay one night but stayed an extra night. We definitely recommend it.

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

Xénia was very welcoming, caring in our interactions . She was watching our arrival in front of her house. Complete restoration of the apartment with quality materials. Tasteful sober decor. We really enjoyed our short stay in Gythio and surroundings. The 2nd floor apartment offers a nice view of the bay and its island , with the mountains as a backdrop. Bars, restaurants nearby on foot. Great place to stay in Gythio with two balconies overlooking the sea. Well furnished and clean. I would stay here again as the place was perfect for the 3 of us.

Great stay! The host is very responsive and ensures that the accommodation is in perfect condition with very appreciable small touches. The price is much more attractive than those of the accommodation located in the old town which is only a few minutes' walk away; the walk to get there is very pleasant. The apartment is fully equipped and is very suitable for 3 people for a short trip.

Great view very clean ideal for family

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

A truly magical escape for our honeymoon trip! We got married just an hour away in the village of Mirtia and decided to spend 4 days here. The views are absolutely stunning! You walk out of the house and the sea is right in front of you! You can leave the windows open at night to hear the soothing sounds of the ocean. 🌊 We took the paddle boat 🛶 out on the water and it was perfect weather for it. The owners were so thoughtful, sweet and accommodating! They made our experience one that we will remember forever. Theodoros and his wife were kind enough to drop us off and pick us up from the town of Aeropoli. He showed us around the mountains of Mani and was nice enough to also get us meat from the market which we cooked that night in our fully equipped kitchen! He made sure that nothing was missed which made us feel like we were being taken care of like family. We will return again very soon! 😊

This is a great place, we recommend it strongly! Right by the beach, you can walk everywhere, and there’s a playground very close if you have kids. The view from the balcony is great too. The owner was also very kind to us: we made a mistake when looking at the baby equipment and she went out of her way to help us find what we needed anyway. So… if you’re hesitating, just book it!

Fabulous house in an olive grove near the sea. Aa comforts provided. Perfect for families.

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Lovely location with a beautiful view, really nice villa, modern with a well stocked kitchen. They left a nice gift of local food and refreshments in the fridge. We will definitely be back.

The guesthouse is right next door and we had a nice welcome. beautiful landscape and clean house. The hosts took the time to speak with us to give us suggestions and they were very responsive. We didn't miss a thing. I just want to emphasize that the bathroom is very small and there is no shower cubicle; so the water goes everywhere. Also, the stairs to get to the rooftop bedroom are very abridged so you have to be careful. The place was well worth it, a real paradise that gives us the feeling of being on the roof of the world!

We had a great time at Dani’s place. Everything was as pictured and described. We were sadly delayed on the first day so were kindly offered to check out later on the last day. We loved sitting on the balcony and our dog enjoyed roaming the property. The local beach was lovely and quiet. Great places to eat only a short drive away. Only bad thing was that we could not stay longer!! Thank you Dani and Thekla 🙏🏽

Εμμανουίλα was responsive to our messages and provided us with a place to stay that met our expectations. The terrace is very nice and has an unobstructed sea view. A parking space is just outside the door but plenty of spaces are available on the street if needed.

Our second stay here and just as lovely this time. Beautiful spacious apartment with a fantastic big balcony overlooking the sea. Very well appointed kitchen and super comfy bed. We had some great swimming and snorkelling in sparkling clear water.

Highlight: comfort, clean, quiet, well-located accommodation. Thanks to our host for these little touches on breakfast products, it's very appreciated!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Thank you as a family to Despoina and Nikos! We were greeted earlier than the check-in time with understanding. They've been discreet and comfortable! The space was super clean, the house was completely functional for 2 adults and 3 young children. Equipped, thoughtful, and beautiful home. We used all the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom without any issues. Pharmacy, mini market and playground next to the house! Wonderful beaches from Panaritis to lakes, to choose everyone that suits him, and all a five minute drive on a smooth route. Monemvasia, Elafonisos and Neapoli within walking distance too. We had awesome quiet, relaxing, meeting lovely and friendly people in Helix! The home was our retreat and the base of excursion to many wonderful experiences.

Within three minutes’ walk, you’re on a quiet, clean, gorgeous beach! This was one of the things that attracted us here, and it was even better than we had imagined! The incredible views from the terrace and the peaceful location were just what we were looking for. The apartment was perfect for us - comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen. And the additional outside shower was brilliant! Elena was a wonderful host. So friendly, kind, and attentive. She and her parents made us feel so welcome! It was hard to leave!
