Vacation rentals with a patio in Lackawanna

We were in town for a family reunion . The location was perfect for us. We just needed a place to sleep and the beds were very comfy!

Charming Buffalo neighborhood with food and drinks close by. We took a lovely evening stroll to town on our last night. The whole stay was comfortable and definitely recommendable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Camille House. It was very clean. The area was very quiet. It was perfect location, we were not in the main part of the city, but it was just minutes away from everything we wanted to do. If we come back to Niagara Falls, we will definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and all amenities were in good condition. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

The Air B&B was amazing, super clean and updated. Lots to do around town the town and will be booking it again next time we travel down to buffalo

A beautiful area of lovely homes. The place is compact with everything you need - just a short drive to Niagara Falls. If possible, definitely go to the Canadian side - the views and experience are astonishing. Our hosts were very hospitable.

On its own The Italianate is a beautiful home. The craftsmanship and mid-nineteenth century charm paired with tastefully curated furniture and amenities makes for a very cozy, yet upscale vibe. What made this stay most enjoyable, though, was an attentive and responsive host. Maura went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. It is clear that this property has been a labor of love. Overall, excellent stay that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area with family. Bonus points for the copy of Letters of C.S. Lewis that I spotted on the bookshelf.

This is a terrific Airbnb situated minutes away from all the touristy destinations near Niagara Falls. Super clean and comfy — highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were able to pretty easily make it suitable for our 1 and 4 year old. The distinct spaces made it easy for everyone in our party to have their own private space. we enjoyed being walkable to a couple of nice restaurants and stores. Lauren was always super responsive and kind in our interactions. she proactively came up with a sleeping area for our kids, which I really appreciated!

We stayed here for one night and it was exactly as listed! We had a great time in the hot tub, the place felt very inviting, there was snacks, water bottles, towels, toothbrushes, soap, and more! It was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Jonah!

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. From the moment we booked, the hosts John and Nomi were incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole process smooth and reassuring. Check-in was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed into a spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained home. The space was exactly as described—modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to suit families of all ages. We were a group of two seniors, two young adults, and a toddler, and the house was perfect for everyone’s comfort and convenience. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the falls and close to all essential amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. I don’t know where to start about Chris. I wish everybody that owned an Airbnb was as great as him. I really appreciate everything he did. I recommend anybody to use this location when you’re staying in Buffalo.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.

Came to Buffalo to for a graduation weekend and this spot checked off everything my family and I needed for our stay. The place was spacious and the living room was my fav spot to stay in given the terrace which we had its doors open to let in the fresh air. Jessica and Sean were very responsive and attending to our needs whenever we reached out and were very welcoming. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet; on a walk I saw kids selling lemonade so that was refreshing, literally cuz it was hot out.
