This house has been completely renovated since its acquisition in 2021, keeping its rustic and warm side, while enhancing it with amenities to live there peacefully. The village of Lacapelle-Marival, 1.5 km away, allows you to access many shops, such as a tobacco shop, a café, various supermarkets... Walks in the heart of the village are easily accessible.
