Very nice apartment in the first row to the water. Clean and well equipped. Balcony to the city at the back. Overall, very quiet for the central location. Beach directly adjacent, restaurants, beautiful beach promenade. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Good blackout through shutters. Thank you for a nice time. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

For me it was a short stay but I was able to enjoy and relax. This studio is just ideal: clean, all the amenities you need in general are present, the ocean view is just superb and you can do anything on foot. Definitely recommend!

There are places where you hope to return one day, this is the case of this apartment!! Perfectly located, once you're settled in you can leave the car behind. Bakery, supermarket, tourist shops, ocean, everything is within walking distance. The view of the pine forest from the balcony is charming. The condominium is very quiet. The apartment, new, is very spacious, very clean and no doubt it will remain so, the owners occupy it and there is no doubt that they take care of it. The exchanges before and during the stay are benevolent, even if we did not meet we felt welcome.

This place is perfect for enjoying the ocean nearby. Lively area. Restaurants, shops. The apartment is well arranged, small but very well-equipped, clean too! Vanessa and Nicolas are responsive hosts and their explanations are very clear. It was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this place!

A moment out of time! All our worries stayed at the door to enjoy only the lake and this very nice accommodation! We will definitely come back!

We had a great time in Avignon! The location was perfect and the view was amazing! The apartment was spacious. We weren't cramped. It's all the way to walk! The accommodation is a little lacking in love, however. The bathroom vanity drawers did not close properly as well as those of the dresser in one of the bedrooms. The patio furniture was a little dirty and your table was rusty on top. Still, the location was so perfect that I would still recommend the apartment.

Christiane's accommodation is perfect for surfers, walking distance to the beach and also very close to shops, restaurants and the city center. The courtyard is pleasant and allows you to store all the equipment. We enjoyed the nice touches upon arrival and Christiane is very accommodating. We would recommend this listing.

Perfect apartment for 1 family with 2 children or 3 adults We really felt at home, everything was there. Beautiful visually independent terrace with the hot tub. The person dedicated to check-in/checkout is responsive and very friendly. If the opportunity arises, I will take it back immediately Don't hesitate!!!
