LACANAUBEACHHOUSE (I) - 120 sq.m. house completely renovated in 2022, located near the south beach (5/7 min walk); in a very quiet area, composed of two levels including a large 60 sq.m. living room with open kitchen and a sleeping area with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. The swimming pool (6x3m) as well as the pétanque court will allow you to spend a good time with family or friends in a natural setting among pine trees and squirrels (700m2 garden).

Le Cocon Douceur du Lac (+bikes)

Large terrace, lake access and 2 bikes available for a romantic getaway. This small cocoon classified as 2-star furnished tourism is located on Carreyre, on the ground floor 100 m from the lake with beach access directly at the end of the street. Halfway between Lacanau-Océan and Lacanau-Ville with direct access to many bike paths. An equipped kitchen, a seating area, a sleeping area in a cocooning mezzanine and a large outdoor area!

We rent this newly built villa for families who would like to spend a stay facing the lake. The beach and its supervised swimming is opposite, the bike path to Lacanau or ocean 6 km away The house is fully air-conditioned, heated, adjustable in every room. Three terraces will allow you to have your meals or rest. The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenants. Or, upon request, left to the guests for a fee of €180.
