The outside space and garden is huge, with enormous windows on each side of the villa.

A beautiful terrace, bordered by a flowered garden, setting a pool of beautiful koi carp from which you can hear the ocean. Beaches of Lacanau Sud 1 minute walk away.

You will be facing the Bassin d'Arcachon and the state forest without any neighbors. You can walk to the basin that you will see from the house. The famous Pastourelles Beach is just around the corner. The market and all local shops are 700 m from the house.

My accommodation, rated 2 stars by Gironde Tourism, is halfway between Acachon-Pilat and Cap Ferret. The bike path that surrounds the basin is 100 meters away. Shops are nearby and local markets are not lacking. The outbuilding has its garden, trees all in a quiet and peaceful area. It's a fisherman's hut, all wooden, reflecting the authenticity and spirit of the bay. The comfort is modern and perfect for spending pleasant moments.
