This place was amazing! The chalet was spacious, clean and the beautiful view of the lake from the house added to the beauty of this place.

My family loved our weekend here! We had a great time kayaking on the lake before settling down by the fire to make s’mores. We will be coming back very soon. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

The cabin is super convenient for sure love where we were skiing. It was a beautiful cabin with descriptions and amenities listed, and photos provided spot on. We would recommend this for anyone and everyone!

This is our 5th year at the lake house and it’s always a wonderful experience. Everything is clean, easy entry instructions, beautiful lake and dock. We look forward to visiting every summer, and are planning to book again next year!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The kitchen is very well equipped. We plan to return in the summer to enjoy the site near the river.

Exceptional hosts! Very attentive, especially prepared well around our arrival and departure which surrounded snow storms on both ends. Conditions at Saddleback and local touring center were exceptional and a reasonable distance from the house. We also were very appreciative that there was a great selection of baby equipment, which meant we didn’t have to bring more stuff. The house was extremely well set up for 7 adults, a 6mth old and 2 dogs. Excellent place to stay.

Elise’s chalet was perfect! Extremely clean and had everything you would need. It also had an absolutely stunning view of the lake. I had a couple of questions for Elise during our stay and she was very responsive. We can’t wait to go back :)

the location was impeccable. We didn't miss anything and the host responded very quickly to the message to ensure our comfort! I recommend the location, there was room to do everything we wanted and the furnished patio was really perfect!The surroundings have a very good restaurant and lots of outdoor activities! We were able to enjoy the calm and nature as we wished. No neighbors, beautiful environment, impeccable and modern cottage, very clean, beautiful evenings with a propane stove, a hot tub, heated floors, a place to make an outdoor fire and a BBQ. Everything was at our disposal to have a good time and feel at home. Nature was beautiful and we were able to enjoy it both outside and inside the chalet since it is fully glazed. If you are looking for a peaceful place away from civilization, do not hesitate and book, it is the perfect place to recharge! Our stay was lovely and we will definitely be back without hesitation! Thank you for hosting us in your little haven of peace!

Chalet Esmeralda is a wonderful, peaceful oasis on the shores of Lac Megantic. Natalie and Jocelyn are wonderful hosts who maintain this private and cozy chalet. Great if you’re looking for a private, cozy retreat away from the city.

Beautiful little hidden treasure, this cottage is very private. It allows you to relax and venture into the mountains and woods. If the weather is nice, you won't be disappointed with this chalet to admire the starry sky of the international star reserve. very close to the astrolab. I highly recommend it!!!!

Easy to find, beautiful environment and beautiful lake. The dock allowed us to moor our boat there. Shops are 5 minutes away and the place is very quiet. The house is warm and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Very clean too. We'll have fond memories and it's likely we'll go back.

We went there, 2 adults and 2 children, in August. The location is superb, as in the photos. Lake Louise is really quiet and you can hear the water (and loons!) from the bedroom. For a family, there are several interesting activities in the area, and I really appreciated that they were mentioned in the listing. The house was clean and there was nothing missing. We had more than enough space for everyone. We did not use the basement, but there is an extra place to sleep (2 places). The owner was providing kayaks and a canoe, on which we spent a lot of time on the lake. We would go back without hesitation!
