Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Cozy cottage close to services and diverse recreation with intimate spa. Access to a private beach on foot or a public beach a few minutes' drive away. Boat descent via the private beach. Hiking trails within walking distance in both winter and summer. The Astrolab and Mont Mégantic trails are a 20-minute drive away. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists. A perfect place to enjoy the calm of the region!

Nice 2 bedrooms appartment in my house basement, fully furnished, view on the lake, independent house entry for your privacy, you directly have access on ground, to the lake and terrace, you also have a place to make an exterior campfire, a small beach and access to the docks. TV cable, wi-fi internet, coffee, bedding, BBQ and all kitchen and bathroom necessities. You also have access to some crafts, lifevests and paddles.
