Vrijstaand huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy en knusse zithoekjes. Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende heuvels. Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo naar het meer waar gezwommen en gekajakt kan worden. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige natuurgebied de Morvan in de Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft de mooiste sterrenhemels!
