Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Labin

Spent a lovely week at Marija's flat in Pula. We had plenty of information prior to arrival, helpful directions, a flexible check-in time and Marija was on hand to show us around as well. The flat is spotless and easy walking distance into town, or to some of the closer beaches. There were some very kind touches like milk and a bottle of wine too!

There were three of us at Ana's, the apartment is clean and as described. We were personally welcomed on site. Communication was simple and uncomplicated. The sea is within walking distance, down the mountain. We were very pleased with everything. Highly recommended.

Super clean apartment, as in the photos. Maja responds quickly to messages, is very nice and you can tell she has a big heart for hospitality. The only small drawback to the location is that the path down to the beach is quite steep and the parking spaces cost money. But the beach is also very nice for snorkeling.

The place is a dream! You are welcome and feel at home. We would have liked to have stayed much longer. If we are nearby again, we will definitely come back. Perfect apartment! Luciano and Maria are wonderful and thoughtful hosts. The apartment is large and well equipped. It is situated in a beautiful environment. The pool and pool area are very nice. We had a great time and can highly recommend it.

The cottage is in rural Istria, in a beautiful location on the terrain. We found the location on the outskirts just as expected quiet and beautiful. You can also get to know the flora and fauna of the area here. The apartment is simple but sufficiently equipped. We were there with two children, 7 and 2 years, who had their fun as there is plenty of space outside. Loreta's father is there every day, very friendly and also gave us fresh eggs. In summary, a successful stay.

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Amazing home. Awesome host. My husband and I have stayed in dozens of AirBNBs throughout the U.S. and Europe. This was one of our favorites, and we definitely hope to return someday. From the moment we arrived we felt as if we were staying with a friend. Our host, Vesna, is an artist, and the place where we stayed is her former studio. It's decorated with her artwork (paintings, sculptures, ceramics, even painted lamps). During our three days here, surrounded by her art, we felt embraced with her joy and kindness. It was truly a magical experience, especially with the sunshine streaming through the many windows and the lovely trees all around. Vesna lives in a separate home on the property, so she was close if we needed her. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms was a bonus as my husband and I each had our own shower and our own water heater! And it's within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Opatija. A superb stay!

A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. Helena was a great host. She was on time, friendly, accomodating and even helped carry our luggage from the parking spot to our home. Her home is on one of the oldest streets in Ravinj. It is right next door to a friendly market which was convenient. A restaurant is directly across the street and the customers were a bit loud (and smoked outside which sometimes penetrated the house) at times BUT when you closed the shutters and inside windows, you could hardly hear them. Alll things considered, we loved our stay and you will be hard-pressed to find a more charming spot in Old Town! Dobar dan!

Really special place. We looked for something private for us and our loudly kids and this place was amazing. We found everything what we needed inside the House. Garden is beautiful and full of toys and games for kids. Suzana is really nice and helpfull. Our favourite Beautiful beach is 10 min walk from home.

We have been to this beautiful cottage for the second time and it was absolutely fantastic again! The house is well equipped, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The pool is a real highlight. Our two dogs also felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the stay. A very big thank you to the warm host – as always, everything was perfectly prepared and we felt immediately welcome. I'm sure we'll be back!

All in all, a quiet place if you really want to unwind. We had the small beach to ourselves. Otherwise, the garden is very beautifully landscaped, there you can enjoy the sound of the sea for many hours.

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at Doris' Airbnb. everything was clean and modern. The studio was the perfect location for our time in Fazana. Doris is a nice host and was always available to answer our questions

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. We travel a lot and this place was one of the best we've ever rented! The hosts were always available immediately. Unfortunately, we had to stop the holiday due to an illness, but we will be back!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!
