Great stay, great location, great host, awesome city The apartment was a real treat - spacious, beautifully done, with everything you need for a comfortable and restful stay. We would happily return.

We had a great stay at Julie's place, who gave us a great welcome. The place is decorated with taste. The apartment is very functional. Restaurants and activities are nearby, the lake is right next door!!! Evian is a very nice city 2 steps from Switzerland. Everything was perfect! We recommend it!

Great base for a few nights in Lausanne. Small but neat studio with comfortable bed and everything I needed. The best thing is its very central location - incredibly convenient and 2 minutes from the metro station. Valerie was also very responsive and helpful. It’s worth knowing that you can’t drive directly to the studio - it’s on a pedestrian street. So that means a short walk over cobblestones from the nearest Uber drop-off point or metro. Also the studio is down a flight of stairs (no lift). This was not a problem for me but might affect anyone with mobility problems or heavy luggage.

The stay was just perfect! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very helpful and friendly. Clear recommendation, we would come back anytime.

The apartment is beautiful and is exactly as described in the pictures. The view of the lake: wonderful. You can hear the street a little, but it's not loud because of the large park in front of the house. Check-in was hassle-free, communication totally straightforward. We would have liked to extend another night, but unfortunately the apartment was already occupied again. Free parking is available right in front of the house. The kitchen was fully equipped, from detergent to shower gel, everything was available. You rarely experience this so comfortably. So all in all: top apartment at fair conditions! We would come back here anytime.

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Paule's apartment. It was the most beautiful apartment we've rented on Airbnb so far. Spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated with high ceilings and a lot of character. Its location was also ideal, at the foot of the magnificent citadel and within walking distance of all the sights and shops of Besançon's old town. The apartment faces a central square used to play pétanque and where there is also a pizzeria and a small grocery store. It is bordered at the back by the Doubs River which runs through the city and a magnificent path along the river allows us to walk around the city on foot in a bucolic environment. Marie-Paule and her spouse are very friendly, responsive and accommodating hosts. We hope to be able to return on our next visit!

Everything was great. Smooth check-in and check-out. The house was spacious for us - 4 adults with 2 kids. The view was amazing and the area green and quiet. It‘s also a great location to explore the lake and the mountains .

Nice and cosy place. Felt very clean as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome gifts were nice. If driving from Geneva/Nyon, there is some very windy roads to get here. The chalet was close to the french border so we went over for groceries - was like a 5min drive to Carrerour and Intermarche. Great to see something different!

Thank you for allowing us to gather entirely in this beautiful home, in honor of the 90 years of the family's centerpiece! Great estate with lovely walks around. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. Thank you for your smiles and responsiveness to all of our questions! Our stay was most enjoyable. The house offers all the amenities for a week-long stay. Thirty minutes from the train station, the walk is pleasant. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and the modernity of the facilities.

We had a lovely family weekend, the cottage is beautiful, very comfortable and very well-equipped. Totally matches the photos and description. The views are great. Very nice welcome from Frédéric and Stéphanie, thank you for the welcome gift that delighted our taste buds. The banana rhubarb jam was excellent!

Good stay in a clean and well-equipped accommodation in a beautiful area where there is no shortage of activities. Very well hosted by Nadine and her husband, who are very friendly and responsive. A perfect place to unwind.

Rented a second time and again completely great!

Our family of 7, including elderly grandparents, teenagers, kids and adults, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jocelyne & Jean-Michel’s beautiful villa. The view is absolutely priceless and the villa is fully equipped with all necessary appliances for a comfortable and convenient stay. Our hosts were so welcoming and attentive, we loved our stay. The location is above the village of Lutry, a 5-6min drive down the hill to the lakefront where there are cafes, restaurants, playgrounds and more.

We had a great week's vacation at Hélène's property. She gave us a very warm welcome. His apartment has very nice views of the lake and garden. A terrace allows us to enjoy extraordinary calm and sunset. His apartment is very functional, very tidy, clean, and offers freshness on the hottest days. The village of Clairvaux is very cute, and is quickly accessible. We are within a 30-minute drive to visit the waterfalls, lakes, and viewpoints... We thank Hélène for hosting us and for her kindness.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Cecile's home in Gex. Her house is a beautiful, contemporary space that we absolutely loved—warm, spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It was also very clean and tidy, with a very well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook during our vacation. Gex is conveniently located just a short drive from Geneva, and we took enjoyable day trips to Montreux, Chamonix & Mont Blanc, and Annecy. The scenic drives through the Alps were especially memorable, with breathtaking mountain views throughout. Anne was a fantastic host—responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. Despite her very busy schedule, she even made time to meet with us in person, which we truly appreciated. Overall, our experience at Anne-Cecile’s house was excellent and left a lasting impression. We would definitely love to stay there again the next time we visit the area!

Very good location, at the foot of Lake LEMAN, you really have everything nearby, the accommodation is excellent. Very well equipped, the beds very comfortable, you just have to park your vehicle and enjoy all the activities of this pretty city. Thanks to Morgan for hosting us and for being available.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Michel's. It's close to the university and good connections to the city by bus or metro. The home was clean and pretty. I loved my morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace. The terrace has modern equipped shades and covers even when it rains. It has a pretty view of the mountains and a sliver of the lake even in the lush of summer. Thank you!

Great location with easy walking to restaurants, waterfront, museums, and less than 10 min walk to the train station. We used Nyon as our launching point for day trips to both the north and the south and it was perfect. We also took the ferry (2 minute walk from the unit) to Vyoire. There is a public parking garage 3 min walk from the unit as well. A little expensive but very convenient. We cooked in the kitchen several days. The kitchen is well supplied with pots/pans/etc but plan to bring/buy most cooking staples (like olive oil, seasoning, etc) If there was 1 negative, I would say, since there is a bar nearby, 1 night during a football match the bar patrons were very loud and we could even hear them in the unit. Not terrible but noticeable. Also, the toilet paper issue reviewed by a previous tenant and been completely addressed as the closet probably had 20 rolls stored in it! Would stay here again.
