Independent apartment in villa

1 km from the Rioveggio highway exit, the apartment is located inside the villa where I live with my family. Guest access is independent, from the large terrace, without stairs. You can park your car in the shared square, where there are 2 harmless dogs. Rooms and bathroom are for the exclusive use of guests. There is no full kitchen, but you will have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee included), kettle and necessary dishes.

The "latorrettadiriola" apartment is inside a turret built in 1860 by Count Mattei, renovated in 2016, and is equipped with: on the ground floor, a double bedroom with a large bed and a warm and welcoming bathroom, equipped with every comfort. On the first floor, reached by a unique wooden spiral staircase, there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. It has a courtyard and a terrace where you can rest.
