We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home was large, clean, and comfortable and Jody was the perfect host. The home is situated in a beautiful serene landscape which we were able to take part in by walking the grounds and viewing the nature trail. We were shown hospitality above and beyond expectations through the quality of the toiletries to the complementary snacks and coffee available at our leisure, ensuring our stay was all the more enjoyable. Furthermore, any inquiry we had was met with timely response. This place checks the boxes of all the creature comforts we were accustomed to. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay here. Was exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our visit. Danny was very responsive and helpful.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. Thanks so much for a great stay 😊

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

This was great AirBnB, very clean and modern but with tasteful furniture and textures. Felt very safe and cozy. Would def stay here again!

Lucas and Emmy’s place was AMAZING!!! Prime location! The condo was clean and adorable. They really went above and beyond to have it stocked with anything you might need during your stay. We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back! The guitar shaped pool was a fun addition too. 10/10 recommend!!!

A quiet location which gives you the ability to talk a walk in the morning or evening if you would like to. A well appointed space that is perfect for a single person or a couple. Very safe neighborhood. Murfreesboro was a great place to visit and we wish we had more time to explore.

I was glad Glenda let me know they were waaaay out in the country. It prepared me for the drive, which I enjoyed very much. I could feel myself relaxing the further I got from the interstate. Also, the night sky was lovely as was getting to watch the lightning bugs in the pasture. The only thing that was unexpected was some barnwork (which is where the Air BnB room is located) that evening and the next morning. However, I could see that all the farms in the area were baling hay and working fast to try and get it in before the rain that was expected. Glenda texted me to let me know I would be hearing some noise, so I didn't have to wonder what was going on. I decided to bring my supper and breakfast with me as I drove in -- it saved me the time of having to drive back out to get food. Everything else I needed was provided in the kitchen (dishes, glasses, utensils, small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc....).

The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. When sitting on the back porch or deck, you can hear the birds sing, watch the squirrels play and the bunnies running around the yard. It is a great place to relax! However, you are still close to shopping and restaraunts. Ginger was very welcoming, proactive with instructions and communication and her home was stocked with just anything you would need for an enjoyable stay. We look forward to planning our next trip and prayerfully staying here again!

House was just as described, clean, everything well stocked. Backyard was large. The area had some great restaurants and many things to do.

Easily communicated with us, and house was as expected with easy check in. Close to everything.

I really loved MacKenzie’s place! The fully fenced yard was perfect for the dogs, and the outdoor space was great altogether. The fire pit is a nice addition! I love how big and open the kitchen is—the kitchen table may have been my favorite thing of all! All of the bedrooms were comfortable with soft and clean linens. Bathrooms were impeccably cleaned, kitchen was well-appointed and the living room was open with adequate seating.

My husband and our two dogs travelled to Nashville for a continuing education conference. The home was perfect for the four of us. The home was clean, private and just as described. Our dogs enjoyed stretching their legs in the private backyard. Being just 13 minutes from Music City Center, it made an easy commute for the conference and exploring downtown. We hope to come back to Nashville soon, we loved it. Ashley’s home would be our first pick of where to stay!

The place was very nice and worth the money. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Highly recommend
