Vacation rentals with a pool in La Veleta

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

Gen is and Jorge were great hosts. They had set us up with Omar and his team. They took care of us. I would recommend this villa.

If you are able to book this incredible location, DO IT! Perfect location, beautiful outdoor space, wonderful interior design, EXACTLY what we needed for a relaxing and refreshing vacation. Mirko is a tremendous host! His recommendations were SO incredibly valuable and spot-on! We were so relieved to have such wonderful suggestions for activities and restaurants; not having to spend time researching on where to eat and what to do was PRICELESS. We can't thank Mirko enough!

Definitely a good stay. A large house w nice rooms and a great roof to hang out on. Cool walk up too. Neighborhood is a bit quiet and out of the way, but pretty peaceful if you have a car. Hot tub on the first floor is definitely nice to have but can have a slight chlorine smell. Goes away if you open the doors and get fresh air. Hosts were very responsive and helpful through it all.

We were a group of 11 family members that had a great time at the house. Secluded, peaceful and gorgeous modern minimalist architecture. Responsive host and easy to find. Would rent again without blinking.

The very best Airb&b experience to date! Tanya greeted me to a extremely clean place, we'll thought out, safe and private place. I loved the authentic Spanish kitchen and modest bathroom. And how thoughtful of her to provide everything you need to nourish yourself upon arrival and longer. The place is located within walking distance of Super Aki and other stores.Super Aki is a frequent meeting spot for many excursions. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Our stay here was amazing! Very spacious and clean. We walking distance from restaurant, stores for breakfast lunch and nightlife. Great taco stands around us. Amazing apartment with a private + rooftop pool!! I enjoyed getting up every morning and being surrounded by nature

John's place was absolutely perfect. It was a great size and clean. Wifi was great and worked well for conference calls with no issue. La Valeta is a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main town while still within short walking distance of some amazing coffe places and restaurants. The airbnb had everything I needed. The pool area was quiet and always had room. John was extremely responsive. Highly recommend for long term stays.

I was staying there with my little Shih Tzu and we had a great two night stay! Walking distance to one of the best taco places of Tulum, and an amazing terrace overlooking the street which is honestly super spacy! Since it had a small desk, I was able to get some work done as well, everything is super functional and I would be happy to stay again! Host is great in communication, super accommodating.

Amazing host, super responsive, gave great local recommendations. The pictures don’t do this place justice it was beautiful inside and out. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in Tulum.

My husband and I stayed for 3 full days. We loved the location and the vibes overall. Very clean and accommodating. We loved that we could buy groceries and eat on property. The staff we met at the property were so friendly and very helpful. We felt safe and well looked after. We plan on coming back again with our young daughter, and other family members. Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! I stayed at Oscar’s place and it was the best stay I ever had. He was so helpful from start to finish, even when it came to other things such as transportation, and birthday decorations. The place is very clean and pleasant to stay at. The maid comes everyday and is so kind too. It’s very safe, and in a perfect spot. Close to the center and 10-15 min from beach. Thank you so much for this perfect experience. I would recommend this place to everyone. it’s better than any other !

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

A little slice of paradise in Tulum. We were a family of 4 (2A and 2C aged 13 and 10) and we spent a week at Luis' apartment and we didn't want to leave. Comms leading up to the check in were superb with Miguel (brother) and he was an excellent host all round. If we had a query or issue he responded instantly. The property is in a quiet and secure upmarket area of Tulum and we felt incredibly safe at all times, and had a great night sleep in the most comfortable of beds. There are a few eateries within walking distance and a great little supermarket for all your needs. The space is bigger than it appears in the photos and the outdoor space was both shaded and sunny - you were spoilt for choice of where to sit with a glass of wine in the evenings. The shared space is clean and tidy and the lobby attendant very helpful (knowing a little Spanish goes a long way). It was a great base for our trip to learn more about Mayan culture and I'd not hesitate to return. Thank you!

This place was amazing! Everything was clean, and the pool was delightful. The ac units helped keep the rooms at a great temperature to sleep in, and the giant glass doors downstairs allowed for a nice indoor/outdoor feel, letting in plenty of light during the day! Lupita provided great excursions options to include a private driver from the Tulúm airport. I would highly recommend this air bnb. Close enough to downtown to walk if you want, but far enough away to be peaceful!

Lupita’s place was clean, well stocked and she is a responsive and proactive host. Everything was as listed plus she provided extra touches like drinking water for the week and a welcome gift. We appreciated the local restaurant and activity recommendations as well. I highly recommend this home. One note is that the area is newer and the roads all around are unpaved and are quite rough and hard to navigate. Google maps and a suv or similar vehicle are a must.

Excellent house to enjoy with the family. Fully recommended, easy access and above all very attentive at all times for whatever you offered
