Hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I've rented out, extremely clean, peaceful and private, all amenities working properly. Lots to do around the area if you’re looking a for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Since before I landed I was provided clear instructions on how to get there. I am definitely coming back to this specific place when returning to Tulum. I can't miss a special shoutout to Axel for being one the most responsive and caring hosts I've ever come across. Very well done. This place has met more than my expectations.

This was one of the most lovely and relaxing places I have stayed in a while. It's beautiful inside and the pool area is great too. The owners were very communicative and kind. It is a tad on the outskirts of town, so we were glad we had a car rental. Overall, a great stay for a great price. 🙂

This is a lovely property, you and your family/friends won't be disappointed! The property is spacious and has everything you need. We felt like we were at home. Also, the building has an amazing pool which our kids used in the evenings but what we loved the most was their coffee shop. We didn't have to go far to find excellent coffee and pastries. You're also able to order full meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), we only had breakfast once but the food was delicious. Diana responded immediately to any our concerns, we'll be staying here again.

We had a great stay here. Lots of space especially with two floors. Comfortable bed, sheets and pillows, and furniture. Lots of light and a great space on the second floor to hang out and have fun. The views from every window are really nice, and the private pool on the rooftop lounge is quite unique and special. Washing machine definitely a needed bonus for us. Fully functional kitchen, although we didn’t really need to cook with all the great food options around. The restaurant on site was simple and delicious and the staff were wonderful. The property itself is gorgeous, with greenery everywhere, peaceful walking paths, nice pools, a cenote and a basic gym with AC. Would recommend renting a scooter or be comfortable walking on a bumpy dirt road to get to the main street and cross it to reach la valeta which is totally walkable. Or take a taxi to aldea zama nearby which is walkable and cute. Beach was about a 10 minute drive and city center a 5 minute drive.

We loved our stay here! The place is lovely, quiet and safe. The local area had some great food options within walking distance, and it was perfectly located between downtown Tulum and the beaches. Fernando was a great host - he’s super friendly and extremely helpful with transportation and recommendations. Would highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

The home exceeded all expectations. It couldn't be better, everything was really thought of. I will return there more often, if Tulum, then at Emilliano's.

This was my second time staying at this apartment, and I loved it so much the first time that I brought my husband back for his birthday, just two and a half months after visiting with my sister. That said, there are a few things first-time visitors should know: 1. Rent a car. The apartment is in a more remote area, and the road leading in is unpaved. It’s not difficult, but it might feel unfamiliar if you’re not used to driving on dirt roads. A rental car gives you flexibility and peace of mind. I wouldn’t recommend using taxis every time you want to go to the beach or into town—it adds up quickly and limits your freedom. 2. Fly into Tulum Airport. Now that the Tulum airport is open, it's only about 35–40 minutes away from the apartment. You’re only just a few miles from the beach and very close to the town, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and a more local vibe. If you’re a fan of Thai food, I highly recommend Sukhothai—it’s about a 10-minute drive. Overall! Great!!

We had an amazing stay at Pablo’s home in Tulum! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Pablo had everything we needed — and even surprised us with extras like a rice cooker and air fryer that made our stay even more comfortable. Our 9-month-old baby loved crawling around the apartment — the layout was perfect for her to explore safely and practice standing by holding onto furniture. Both bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and felt like home from day one. The private pool on the balcony and the rooftop pool were spotless and such a luxury to use. The neighborhood is great, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Throughout our stay, I messaged Pablo with lots of questions, and he was always kind, patient, and helpful. This was the first time we truly didn’t want to leave — all because of how comfortable we felt in his home. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Pablo, for making our trip so special.

Felt right at home during my three-week stay. I had a truly pleasant experience and really loved the apartment, especially the two pools, one downstairs and one on the rooftop. The amenities were great, and the bed was very comfortable. The house was quiet throughout my stay, with very few people around. Despite the construction site in front of the balcony, noise was minimal and completely bearable. Santiago was a kind and helpful host who supported me with everything I needed. Would stay here again. Strongly recommended.

The accommodation is centrally located, the pool was warm in June! The room has a spacious jacuzzi, it just didn't make bubbles, the safe doesn't work, the rest 10/10. We 😬 went one night and stayed one more 🩷

This place was absolutely beautiful. The whole community was peaceful and quiet. The host was very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying here. It is a bit further away from the beach and all the fun restaurants in town. So, I would recommend getting a car or renting some four wheelers near by (we did both). There were plenty of coffee shops and other little restaurants near by as well. Over all great experience and place to stay.

Highly recommended, you can relax and rest. The gym and sauna are pretty good, they are pretty flexible with schedules and the people who work there are very nice. Definitely a place to repeat the experience. The hosts are very attentive.

This was a last minute stay for us due to travel delays and it was one of the better places I've stayed in Tulum! The plunge pool was also nicer than most in my experience. Would stay here again
