This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

Excelente estancia, la pasamos increíble, ubicación muy agradable y tranquila cerca de la naturaleza, excelentemente equipado y con estacionamiento al frente. Hemos cerrado el ventanal por fuera y nos vinieron a auxiliar en cuestión de minutos, gracias de nuevo por la ayuda :)

We had a wonderful stay! This place was even better than the pictures. Awesome decor, super comfortable beds, and plenty of amenities. Pools were really relaxing. It was cool to have two of them right outside the door, and we had them mostly to ourselves. It was safe and close to everything. Loved the digital guidebook for trip planning and the host recommendations were spot on. One of the best short term rentals we’ve ever stayed at!

I stayed a little longer than one month. If you’re looking for a quiet place that is nature connected, this is the definitely the right decision! I loved the fact of waking up every morning in the middle of the trees, hearing the birds and seeing them play outside from the bed. Lisa is very helpful for any open questions and I loved her recommendations on airbnb. Humberto the house manger is always on site to help, very kind and helpful. The only information that I would liked to have known before, the Internet and Tulum is often very poor. If you’re here longer to work, there is a place called digital jungle they have there own generator, there internet works even if it doesn’t in the Neighborhood. Thank you Lisa I hope I will have soon the chance to come back!

Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! We will definitely be back , and looking at her other rentals !! We appreciate a host like you !!

I totally enjoyed my time at Federico’s place .the appearance was great , jacuzzi perfect retreat from heat . The early morning sunsets from the roof -amazing . All appliances top quality so AI. We only boiled eggs and microwave . I would definitely recommend

This was hands down one of the top Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The private terrace pool was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing after a day out at the beach in Tulum. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the mornings. Every detail of the space felt thoughtful and luxurious. The building has a ton of amenities also - we used the rooftop pools and the gym! Can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at Fer’s apartment for over a month, and it was truly an amazing experience. I was traveling solo as a woman and visiting Tulum for the first time and this place instantly made me feel safe and at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood around 15 min drive from to the beach. The building has 24/7 security, and the people at the reception were always kind and welcoming. I felt extremely safe the entire time something that helped me fall in love with Tulum much faster than I expected. There are tons of great restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away, so it’s a perfect spot if you enjoy exploring by foot. Fer was absolutely amazing super responsive, helpful, and full of great recommendations for things to do and places to visit. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-located space in Tulum. I’ll definitely be back.

I was staying there with my little Shih Tzu and we had a great two night stay! Walking distance to one of the best taco places of Tulum, and an amazing terrace overlooking the street which is honestly super spacy! Since it had a small desk, I was able to get some work done as well, everything is super functional and I would be happy to stay again! Host is great in communication, super accommodating.

Wonderful host, responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. Very thing was very clean the staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed taxis. within walking 10 minutes distance from a little shopping/ dining center. Definitely recommend and would book again.

We were very impressed with our apartment. The pool area was amazing, and the kitchen was spacious and stylish. Margot was very responsive whenever we had any issues. We visited in April, which was out of season. The area was very quiet, with a few nearby cafés, bars, and restaurants. However, if you want to explore beyond the immediate surroundings, you’ll definitely need bikes at the very least. The beds were massive and extremely comfortable The only issue we found was that there wasn’t enough cutlery.

Beautiful environment, very well equipped, felt like home. The only downside (but this is our own quirkiness) the mattresses are too soft for our backs. Other than that, can’t wait to get back. Most important was that any issue we might have had it was immediately addressed! Congrats on your customer service!

Every meal we had nearby was delicious—Tulum definitely knows how to impress with its food scene! The space was clean, well-designed, and just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and culture of Tulum. Thank you for a lovely experience!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yaniv's place. The apartment offered a peaceful, serene atmosphere that perfectly complemented my relaxing holiday. I especially loved the large balcony windows that provided a seamless connection to the outdoors, along with the beautiful plants in the planters that added a nice touch. The layout was well-designed and exactly as shown in the photos. Isabel and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. Honestly, I have no complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very responsive host! Great stay. The road is a bit bumpy fyi, walking distance to vegan tacos, convenience store, holistika!

We really liked our stay at this place. Just be aware that you live in an evolving area. Also you need a bicycle/scooter or car to get around. The size of the flat isn't that big but totally OK for two people. The little balcony with the hammock is nice to chill in the evening or when you want to have a smoke. Also the little pool on the rooftop is good for a cool down after the gym in the morning. If I come back to Tulum I will definitely come back to this place!

Great place to stay, in a great area. Only trouble was a power and water outage for a couple of hours but wasn’t that big of a deal and typical for the area. Overall I would stay here again and the free daily cleaning option is awesome! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this spacious apartment to stay, they have everything inside. Feels like at home. Fully equipped kitchen. There’s washer/dryer 2 in 1, that’s really comfortable. Nice balcony with garden view. Inside community there are 3 swimming pools and well equipped gym. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. In the building of community you can find Taqueria, French bakery and small mini market. For this location you need to rent either scooter or bike, it’s a bit far away from Zona Hoteliera and supermarkets. You can ask for bike rentals in reception or hosts, they are so nice.

Excelente lugar, tal cual como se describía en la publicación. Muy bueno para estancias largas, la cocina totalmente equipada con lo necesario. Amplio baño, recámara y sala. Buena ubicación si andas con auto, muy recomendable tener transporte en esta área para moverte fácilmente a los lugares cercanos. Todo queda a unos minutos en auto y muy fácil de llegar

The communication with the host was outstanding—quick responses to any questions and great tips for the area. It truly couldn’t be better! The accommodation is located in an area that seems to have been developed in the last few years within a green environment. It’s a stylish neighborhood with great infrastructure. Restaurants and cafés are within walking distance, and a small supermarket can be reached in under two minutes by bicycle, which the host kindly provides. We had a covered parking spot right at the accommodation, and it was just a few steps from the car to the apartment. The apartment itself is just as beautiful as in the photos and is extremely well-equipped. We especially appreciated the air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. In the evenings, our kids loved taking a quick dip in the small pool in the garden. Tulum has become noticeably more touristy in recent years... Overall, I can highly recommend this accommodation and its helpful and welcoming hosts.
